the service here is always sooooo slow. i placed my order ahead of time 10 minutes before i arrived and still had to wait half an hour for my order to be ready and made wrong. the employees don’t seem to be very communicative with each other and are always flustered and arguing over who needs to be doing what task. i don’t know if management is aware of the disorganization but i think someone needs to step in and help them.

With the wide selection of coffee shops in Blaine to visit I find this particular Caribou my go to place. It's conveniently located for my drive into work. Plenty of space to park without having to fight for a spot. I love using their mobile app. I have it timed perfectly so when I leave my house my drink is waiting for me and still piping hot. The staff is very friendly and they always greet you with a smile.

I visit this Caribou nearly every day and the service is exceptional! They truly make an attempt to know the customers' names and drinks as Caribou Coffee intended. Yes, they do get very busy at times due to events at the sports center, but if there are 12 people in line and 10 cars in the drive thru, they will need more time. Please be patient. It's worth the wait!

Caribou relations did a good job of working to find a solution. Most times, I have a great experience at all Caribou stores, but lately 105th has been a little worse than either 125th and 242, and also the Village. Drinks are always great, but my last experience here just wasn't very good.

This place is amamzing!!!!!!!amazing!!!!!!!! The location I go to is soo good I am always there when I need somewhere to read , do computer work , or just chill. I cab be for over 7 hours in my zone drinking my favorite kinds of coffee. They are have kind and amazing workers.
I stopped in for a drink with a friend because we hadn’t been there in a while so we also didn’t know the menu at all. We did come in just before 8 but didn’t realize that was closing time. The lady behind the counter didn’t greet us, didn’t say anything kind. I asked her if the refresher was still around and she stated nope that’s Starbucks I giggled and apologized and said oh I’m sorry I don’t go to either enough. Then I asked her what exactly the summer vibe drinks are and she said, that’s the bousted drink, I asked what’s that and she rudely stated “a drink” then yelled for the guy working and said help them. after that he came over and helped, he was great, explained what the drinks were and helped us out. After that we literally sat for 2 seconds when the rude lady (short hair, younger heavier set female) said “you can’t be in here” and we thought ok why? But she already walked away. So we started laughing at how ridiculously rude she was. It’s sad that she hates her job and was having a bad day and took it out on my friend and I. Won’t be back due to her complete Disregard to us as customers, or people rather. Hopefully one day she will realize this is not acceptable at all and it’s horrible for business. Good luck.

Kinda bummed. Drove here to surprise my husband for our anniversary with a nice coffee to wake up to.... spent 13 dollars on two drinks and tipped only to get home and dump out both drinks because they tasted awful. Was really looking forward to starting our morning off right but unfortunately it won't be because of caribou.... seems like everytime I go it's hit or miss these days with the consistency of the drinks. I worked for caribou for a few years and it's a shame that you can't rely on the drink to taste the same when you go. Guess it's time to take my business to scooters coffee. I have always been a caribou gal but I can't afford the waste anymore.
