Order to go. Lost my order even though my receipt was on the counter. Charge w/o mentioning, brought wrong food to my car. Asked for extra crackers “handful” received 2, burger was good, but pretty sure I ordered a cheese burger, not a disintegrated cheese and a soggy wet bun. Lastly my fries were close to the temp of ice. Yikes. Hopefully next time is better.

It took a while to get out drinks, I ordered a long island it was a little watered down, my wife ordered the buffalo and at first was given a double burger, and the presentation of the food was very sloppy and not well put together, despite that the food was actually delicious....stay away from the motz sticks though as it was $10. I went here when this place first opened & we didn't have a good experience & it has been years since. Yesterday gave it another try & our waitress we had, Abby I think, was top notch AMAZING!! The food was great & the hostess in front that had long hair blonde on one side & dark blonde on the other was absolutely the one who ended our visit by asking my mom if she wanted a bag to put the leftovers in. She too had a great smile & excellent customer service skills! She is definitely one person I'd love having work at my store!! Those two were top notch!! We'll definitely be back. It's our new favorite restaurant ? The Strawberry Margaritas were absolutely ? delicious too!!!Parking: Parking could be difficult when super busyKid-friendliness: They had high chairs for the little ones I noticedWheelchair accessibility: It's right outside the door. We had great service from the time we entered until we left.Fun atmosphere. Not crazy busy, so we decided to stay about 20 minutes longer than a normal table time and got to visit.
Very good they came quickly to find us a table food arrived fast burger was cooked good and was very juicy burger. staff were good they were was extremely polite 5 star would recommend.

My server found my order not "received" by the kitchen. She had to ask again what I ordered. We were provided no silverware until prodded. I had a salad, which was obviously pulled in its whole, plate and all from a way to cold refrigerator. The cucumber was almost clear from its amost frozen state. My soup was good. My strawberry lemonade did not taste strawberry. The menu is overly extensive. I understood from my friend that if I had the Chili's application on my phone, I would also receive an extremely large amount of chips and salsa. Which were taken home almost in its entirety by my friend. As well as her side soup. Was it a good price? It was likely if it was all good. Paying the bill on the tablet is much more difficult than just paying simply by receipt. I had not been to Chili's in several years. I may not again for several more.
