Customer service was awful they don’t care about mistakes on their end and will act like your the problem

Deliciously made sandwiches every time- Chris was working when we last visited & he was so friendly and kind!!

The food is always good here, but someone needs to help the new girl with her speed. She goes from slow to slower. We watched her fumble with an empty dressing container for 3 minutes before asking for help for a refill. When there's 2-3 other employees just standing around watching the sandwiches pile up the toaster, where's the teamwork? Next time I will order online and wait an hour before picking up. I'll probably still be waiting.

If you ain't been to this one you need to Jake and the staff are awesome true rock stars never had a problem with this location the best in Minnesota by far trust me

Good sandwich.

This place is amazing, has old school ceilings like in NYC, may not taste like a hoagie from NYC, yet they are pretty good! It is a tad expensive for a 1/2 sub/small chips/drink for like $12, yet it was good. Would recommend giving it a try.

Went here for lunch with my son.. 2 big wrecks double meat double cheese, 2 pops, 1 bag of chips.. 53 dollars.. Highway robbery.. Go to Subway or Jersey Mike's you can get probably double the amount of food for the same price. As much as is being charged the place should be spotless, and the employees should be friendly.. not tell me oh we changed our weights on the sandwhiches... B.S. NOTHING DIFFERENT FROM THE LAST 10 YEARS OF EATING HERE... just lost a customer for over charging...

The staff were very kind. However they did not listen well. I had asked for pickles on my sandwich and when I got home and started to eat my sandwich it was not pickles that were added but instead, jalapenos. If I was a spice fan it would have been a great sandwich. However I am now sitting at home trying to to not breath fire. Just would have been nice to have been listened to.
