Tastes processed. Even though I only had half of one, I felt like I had eaten a whole box. A good cookie is a simple, low bar and this place didn’t meet it.
Great place to spend time with the family. Could spend a days here!
love going here! absolutely a great place to shop and have fun! highly recommend
Our family had a blast. We bought some hot sauce from the Pepper Palace and some beef jerky. Had lunch and treats. Spent about 6 hours just walking around looking at everything. Definitely recommend especially when it's so cold out, keeps the family busy, we will be back.
This lady was working there and gave me a cookie with frosting instead of ice cream cookie as I asked. She refused to continue to talk to me and hid in the back as I asked for the ice cream one I ordered and payed for. DO NOT GO HERE!! This lady needs to be fired asap!
The absolute worst place i’ve been the the mall. I had asked for an ice cream cookie and she proceeded to give me a cookie with frosting. Then said she told me it was before but she whispered the whole time and most definitely didn’t. DO NOT GO HERE! It is a scam and they won’t refund.
Left my family here to get some food as I ran out to my car. And this worker had completely been ignoring them the entire time. Even when they called out to him, he blatantly ignored them.
I have been a general manager of 5 different fast food locations, and if this was my employee he would be out of a job. I understand checking your phone to send a quick text out. From the moment we went into the apple store until we came out he was on his phone. Who knows how many other customers he ignored. Shame on the customer service.

Not good. I usually prefer a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie so when I saw it I got excited. Subway does a better job than whatever you're doing to destroy the flavor. We purchased a six pack of random flavors so I tried another bite (red velvet something or other this time) before stepping onto the elevator nearby. I nearly vomited. Our four year old ate most of his sugar cookie but the rest sat in the bag untouched. Hubby agreed they were awful. Whatever you're doing, do better...please.
Update: the double chocolate chunk (or whatever their name for it is) was delicious!

Very rude customer service. We still tipped them 10%.

Horrible experience. Cookies are way over priced and mid tasting. Found a large long hair baked in the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie (bought 9/28/24). Worker put all 6 cookies in the same bag so they all ended up smelling and tasting like peanut butter. Super greasy. Crumbl is way better.

Stopped by this cookie shop for a quick snack during a trip to The Mall of America. This is the one located on the first floor of the mall. It was not busy so we were served quickly. The cookies were soft and seemed fresh. Although we did not order one, they can do cookie cakes and I noticed signs that they do online orders as well. They have specials where you buy a certain number of cookies and you get one free, which is nice if you are buying multiples.
The reason I deducted a star is because some of the flavors were out or limited. I wanted a lemon cookie but at the time of my visit they did not have any available. Other than that, the cookies, the service, and the store were fine.

Did you know the MOA is using AI facial recognition software to track you inside the mall and park. My privacy is more important to me than any attraction they offer. Protect yourself and your childre
Cookies were very hard, need replacement
As soon as we stepped up to the counter, we were asked over and over if we were ready. We bought our medium sized $3 chewy chocolate supreme cookie and were immediately disappointed. It was crumbly and really crispy. It tasted a little burnt too. Also, there were walnuts in it. Thankfully, neither my friend or I are allergic to nuts because there was no warning or sign to say if it had nuts or not. This is dangerously. Overall, definitely not a $3 cookie.

Ordered online for pickup, needed to make a change and the only way to do so was to call. Both numbers that are listed for this location are out of service. I’m going to have to drive all the way to the Mall of America a few days early of my pickup to make the change - super frustrating to have two disconnected numbers as the only way to contact the store.
