First time here, breakfast buffet was ok. Probably do an omelette tomorrow, someone else had one and it looked delightful.Hit the bar at around 7 pm, excellent service. Day after Christmas you never know what you’re going to get! There were a few people in/at the at and a large group; bartender was very attentive. Ordered a buffalo chicken flatbread and was blown away. Sucker was loaded, tons of chicken and so much flavor! I’ve been disappointed so many times with the heat level of buffalo chicken… this was soooo good! Highly recommend. I will stay here again without doubt.

(7/18/23) Jim is bartending tonight. I have a Castle Danger in front of me. I'm going to mix it up tonight and try the Italian Sausage Farfalle. The Farfalle was piping hot and rich in flavor. Jim warned me that it was heavily salted. He was right. But I countered the salt with a lot of pepper. It tasted good to me.I'm going to follow it up with Apple Crisp a la mode with a Loon Juice Apple Cider. The folks sitting down the bar from me enjoyed their portion, so I'll give it a try as well.It turned out to be a good combination. The apples in the crisp and the apples in the cider were just different enough to compliment each other. Until next time...

The staff was super friendly. I was grateful for the restaurant to be open until 11pm as most surrounding places were closed. The burger was not great, as it tasted burnt. The fries were delicious though

We were a table of three, first people in the place. A LARGE group came in while we were waiting to order. Clearly the waitress knew them. From there on our were were pretty much an afterthought. $80 for three people, one under 5 , and ignored.....

I have ate here several times, very seldom do you get even decent service. They will mess up your order, give you the wrong bill, and take forever to get a drink. This is the second time the kitchen has been closed now...

I am sorry to say it, but honestly the food we got here was barely edible, and the server's attitude alternated between "fake" and "easily offended" (after they made a mistake on my order). I would not come back here and neither would my travelling companion, who thought the food was "so-so". I went with two stars based on the so-so food. The server should not be working with the public, IMO.
The food was good, everytime I called to order it sounded like a rock concert on the phone and I could barely hear the waiter. I wish they offered room service too. Website menu wasn't working either, we finally found a barcode on a piece of paper in the hotel room and realized it was the menu when we scanned it with our phones. Food was good, service was good. Sidenote- I wish the starbucks coffee wasn't only available 6am-10am.

Oatmeal serving was enough for a family of four! Toppings were pretty good and came with real maple syrup on the side. Breakfast sandwiches, however, were made days before and zapped in the microwave. They were also puny.We were there (stranded at MSP) on a Sunday morning and there was no buffet unlike another reviewer mentioned.

Called for 30 minutes no answer. Had to call front desk and request a call to my room. 15 minutes later no call! Doordash got my money!
