Ordered a bowl with chicken. Brought it home, no chicken. I think the other ingredients were there? Even though my food was 'ready' at the window, the employee continued to stock plastic lids after helping the car in front of me instead of greeting me and handing me my bag. Food was barely warm. Waiting for a response from Panera still. This place isn't cheap.

Do NOT leave without checking your order. We both ordered salads that should have had chicken on them. My salad had no chicken (just lettuce and wontons) and my partners salad had no chicken or bacon (lettuce and egg!!). 75% of our order was wrong. Worst Panera experience we have had.

Love the new chicken broccoli teriyaki bowl!!! Thank you for adding it to the menu.
I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich with a strawberry banana smoothie. The sandwich barely had any avocado in it and to top it off I ended up getting food poisoning from either the sandwich or the smoothie. I just hope the sanitary standards at this location is good because getting sick and throwing up 3 days straight isn’t something I want to experience again.

If I could give no stars I would! I am seriously upset. I did an online in store pick up for my lunch break. I had to customize my sandwhich because there are certain things I don’t like. They gave me the original sandwhich! None of my customizations! I was so upset when I got back to my office and notice ONIONS!!! Ruined my whole lunch!

Got home 3 miles away and my salad only had half of the ingredients on it. Had to go to my own kitchen to add to it. Called and was promised a voucher would be mailed out that same night. Don't believe it was ever sent as I never received it. Will not be returning there as they did not make food the way it should have been And never made it right as promised. Lost my business!!!!!
