Tawakal has the best service, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. You can place your order even 5 minutes before and it is ready. Their food is good as well. My favorite Somali

LOVE HEALS

Visited this place twice in a two week time frame and just stumbled upon the place. So that should speak volumes! The amount of food is great. The service was good, the person who comes to clean the tables, was pleasant when asked to come clean where we sat. The ordering the first time around was a bit of a challenge (and no, not because of language barriers) BUT the second time around it was better. ♥️The gentlemen helped me ensure some items did not have the meat (I don’t eat certain meats) in the appetizer(s)/deserts. Great food, the atmosphere is simple, petite, has a television for viewing pleasure but for ME, it will be a grab and go type place for me. ?Vegetarian options: Uncertain about the dishes however I am sure that if a person desired no meat in a specific dish it would be honored. There are some deserts and appetizers that do NOT have any meat.

Very good food and service. The staff is very nice. My daughter is vegetarian and they were so nice to make her a special meal without meat.

The food is a hit or miss. On occasion if you miss tea and Malawax and you want a quick taste of Somali food but don’t want to drive far,go here. it’s not bad for a quick visit but meh. There are better Somali food places.Parking: Free parking.

Long wait time - mostly because I did not fit in with their usual customer demographic base. Multiple people who came in after me ordered and got their food before I did. I waited 25 minutes for wrap and fries. The food was very flavorful and filled me up, but will not be coming back anytime soon.

The staff was very friendly and even gave me a free water. However, the gyros wrap I ordered was not so good. It was very hard to eat and quite frankly, messy. The type of gyros, flat and pressed is not what was pictured on the menu. The packaging was huge and I didn't know what to do with all of it. It certainly couldn't be eaten as a wrap. The fries had no salt and the ketchup was off brand. The fork given to me was so cheap it bent when trying to eat. There was no tzatziki sauce, it was something else. The restaurant was not very clean.

We had the chicken Ke Ke and the beef Suqaar. They were both delicious. We don’t live anywhere near Burnsville, but we are scheming a reason to come back and try more dishes.
