The BEST location! Stopped for my wife's birthday and the lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and very friendly. Came out to greet us both and made us feel very welcomed. I will be returning any chance I get for a sweet treat or if I need anything for a party!

I went to the store today to buy cupcakes for a birthday. I asked if they could make them the way I wanted, and the girl told me it wasn’t possible. Then she changed her mind and said they could do it, but it would be an extra $2. I said that was fine.
Even after I agreed, she said they couldn’t do it anymore because they were closing in 15 minutes. The customer service was terrible. She didn’t give me any real options, and I ended up having to take whatever they had available. I left really disappointed.

It was my very first time at any NBC. I just want to say that the Lady who received us was very welcoming she treat us so nicely and had patience with letting us know their gluten free options and special deals. We loved the gluten free cakes they were moist and delicious 10/10!

Eden Prairie is the worst location. Never a good experience there. The staff is rude and really just not worth going to that location. If I’m going to overpay for cake I will be going somewhere else.

Always correct, ready on time and taste delicious.Their bundts are super moist and very flavorful. The bundtlettes are big enough to share with one other person and small enough to not over indulge if you have more room.The staff at this location were very friendly. Cute shop that also offers other birthday gifts and cards. Love it and highly recommend!
I visited today with some family that was visiting out of town. They went in first since we had a baby in the car. They came out with a insulated bag. Apparently if you bought 4 personal bundt cakes you got the bag free. So then my mom and I went in my mom order 4 and got a bag. I got rang up by a younger girl working and bought 4 she then got out a brown bag and when I asked about the insulated bag she said that isn't a thing. My mom came over and said it is because she just received one and other family that was just in got one too. The girl was rude and said it wasn't allowed but she guesses she can give a bag. I'm not sure why I wasn't allowed a bag when everyone else was but it felt discrimatory.
