Just swung by this place after enjoying the splash pad with my daughter. Tried to order an iced tea but the attendant said "sorry, we don't really have anything to drink right now" and then turned back to their phone. All the while multiple cups with straws in them were on the counter obviously being enjoyed by staff and the soda machine behind them appeared at a glance to be running so... customer service: non-existent here.

I would give this [negative]-5 stars if possible. I ate a sandwich at the US Bank Stadium after seeing the "gluten free" sign. I asked 3 times if he was sure the cranberry wildrice bread was GF, he assured me it was, pointed to the sign and referred to himself as "the chef". I took a couple bites and knew it was NOT in fact GF. Within an hour, I was violently throwing up and missed the entire event I had purchased expensive ticket for. Thankfully the event staff was able to wheel me out to a ride so I could recover from the poison in my body at home, rather than the Stadium's bathroom floor. Never again will I eat at this misleading, untrustworthy place.

Ordered A Southwest Chipotle chicken Roll from here today afternoon. The order was neatly packed and delivered on time by Foodsby. Really liked the taste and was pleasantly surprised to find chips with the food. Very reasonably priced . Will definitely order again

I have ordered the chef salad a couple times and I have been very happy, and I am a bit of a stickler for salads because I make them on on my own. Even though the chef salad is straightforward, it’s easy to screw up. I have had my food ordered minor requests and Be Graceful has delivered perfectly each time fresh ingredients, fair portions and good value what are you waiting for?

I have ordered the Chef Salad a couple of times... very impressed. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, attention to detail on requests. I will be working through their menu with my Foodsby orders and updating accordingly. Highly recommended.

If I could give them no stars I would. They ruined an entire catering order. If you want great box lunches for catering, DON'T use these folks!! Ugh.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I can't state this enough.We just had a catering order of about 200 people from here. EVERY SINGLE PERSON had an issue with their food. Salads looked like bagged lettuce you'd get from a store, only past the expiration date (brown and yellowish). Lots came without dressing. Reubens came without sauerkraut. Sandwiches that were supposed to come with avocado came with nothing.The meats on the sandwiches look awful. The bacon looks undercooked and slimy. The turkey and hams look dry and disgusting. A lot of the sandwiches had bread that was hard as a rock.My own chipotle chicken wrap had one little dab of chipotle sauce on one end of the wrap. Compared to some of the other food I was looking at, mine looked edible in comparison.Seriously, this company should be ashamed of themselves for putting out such a terrible, and potentially illness-inducing, product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! My work had this company for a recognition event today. Boxed sandwiches and salads. Never have I seen such a completely lack of quality from a caterer before. Salads were from a packaged grocery store that was expired... lettuce was brown and wilted. Sandwiches were old lunch meat (if you even got some on your sandwich) and cheese that had been made days before and without lettuce, tomato, pickles, and avocado. Cookies were wet ... yes wet. Napkins had grease on them and not from the food inside the containers. Bacon was the precooked bacon and wasn't even edible. Picture is just of my Wich Club sandwich and one of my coworker's Cobb Salad. Even our AVP came out of his office and made a comment at how disgusted he was in his salad.

I have been eating here for years since it was the old "Backstreet Kitchen", but I really like the new atmosphere & menu that changed with new ownership at the end of the summer. My tip: I've been trying a new sandwich, hoagie or wrap each time I stop in. I've been super-impressed with everything I've ordered. I'm glad that Be Graceful caters w/ box lunches too!!
