I will never go back to this location- not once but twice this location has forgotten to add the espresso to my latte. They forgot the coffee in my coffee and I just paid $5 for a cup of hot milk. I just can’t believe this has happened twice.

NO DRIVE-THRU. Their Google page says they are drive-thru, but I couldn't find any drive-thru, so I went to the Caribou drive-thru across the street.

Received half my drink missing. I usually have good experiences with ordering from this location but sending a drink out that clearly is half full is unacceptable. Starbucks is too expensive for that lol

Ordered a mango dragonfruit lemonade refresher with light lemonade. Picked up my drink and it didn’t have any dragonfruit in it. So I basically got watered down lemonade. Had to ask for them to add dried strawberries in it. So strange they just didn’t say they were out of the drink and offer to make something else.

I am a frequent customer at this location as it is located inside Jerry's. the baristas are very sweet and make perfect drinks. I have never had to wait for my drink more than the time it takes to prepare it. In the numerous times I have ordered it here, they got the drink wrong only once. And then they apologized profusely, quickly made the correct drink and insisted I take the mistake - which I happily gave to a friend. Love this Starbucks!!

Absolutely bottomof the barrel customer service. Server just stared at me until I gave her my order. Never said hello or how can I help you? Seemed bothered by my presence. 4pm Tuesday March 6th.
