When I came in I was not greeted, the guy just stared at me. I ordered a pickle and a sandwich, I was given my sandwich and the person just turned her back to me, no pickle. I asked for the pickle and I was asked very rudely what kind of pickle I ordered, I told her what I ordered, she wrapped it up and again very rudely said here and again turned her back to me. If it was possible to give a negative star I would. I love Jimmy Johns but I will never come back to this store in Hutchinson MN again

So slow! I'm also pretty sure I haven't had a single time I've gone through the drive thru and gotten home with a correctly made sandwich. It's not that hard to read the order and add peppers!

Would recommend Jimmy John's but not this one in Hutchinson Mn. 20 minutes of waiting and I see my food in the window.Then she tried changing me 2 times because she forgot I paid. Just pick a different place lot of good other places.

Had a bad experience here. The manager reached out and told me he put $10 on my account. Went back the next week and nope...was told you had to order through the app.Today I ordered through the app. Still no $10 off.Scam, dishonest management at this location. Avoid!

I order online. It’s almost always quick, always tasty, and for some reason, just what I needed. The naysayers do not understand about sub sandwiches. For context, submarine sandwiches were invented in New Britain CT. A local sandwich maker started making hearty, filling sandwiches for the submarine shipyard workers, who needed something fast that they could eat cold and then get back to boat building. The question should be asked- which sub copied which?

No such thing as freaky fast at this location. On average you will be waiting 60 minutes for your food. I work at a retail store less than a quarter mile from this location and it will take around 45 minutes after the order is out for delivery, would give zero stars if possible. Will not be ordering from here again.

Nothing special but these guys and gals are always freaky fast, even when they're freaky busy. They are friendly, the sandwiches are pretty decent for a chain & my husband loves their day old bread.
Ordered hunter sub screwed up 1/2 roast beef and ham hunter sub does not come with ham ham and roast beef dies not mix.Had to go back excuses we are busy was 7 employees and 3 customers how are these fixed 2nd sandwich but ni cheaper or a free sub coupon next time.

Just paid $17 for a veggie sub, and they forgot the hot peppers that I added, which is whatever at this point but the sandwich was completely flat with the tiniest amount of each veggie on there. Basically got a cheese and Mayo sandwich. Very disappointed.
