Today was my first time in since the recent remodel. While the food and service are still good quality, the atmosphere has really taken a hit. The chairs, including the ones supposedly for conversation, are extremely uncomfortable and the music is so loud that it's hard to carry on a conversation. I will take my business to Fillin' Station or Coffee Hag

Normally we do an app. order and pick up inside or drive through. Today we decided to go in an order to check the place out after the complete remodel. Looks great! Unfortunately they had the music so loud that we felt like we were in a bar. We had to yell our order at the employee. She had a hard time hearing us so our order did not come out correctly. Didn’t ask for a name (maybe they don’t do that anymore for in house orders). Not a huge issue as They were super busy. We had 3 drinks. Mine came out timely, then a 6 min wait for the 2nd and a 10 minute wait for the 3rd because the barista started it and left it on the counter to make another drink before he realized he had forgotten to finish it. The employees were having a good time dancing to the music which is good to see, a bubbly atmosphere. I was really surprised at how loud the music was as opposed to a quieter atmosphere pre-remodel. We prefer Starbucks over any other coffee shop, just an ‘eh’ experience today.

Here is my ice drink with 90 percent of ice. After two sips there was nothing to drink. Showed this cup to an employee and they defended the way they prepared this coffee special. I don’t believe his is right. Quality of beverages at this location differs significantly from Starbucks at

I have been here multiple times. Always a bad experience. First off it's in a horrible location. I have been inside and nobody pays attention to you. Mobile orders have taken over. I went in recently and the floor was so sticky my shoes could barely move. I told the manager and she was like we are short staffed. I'm sorry take 2 seconds to get a mop. Literally the whole floor was sticky. There was trash everywhere. It was not a good look inside. Caribou it is.

Store was very dirty floors were sticky looked like it hadnt veen swept or mopped in a very long time! Bathroom was the same sink wouldn't drain. Coffee tasted like burnt left overcoffee grounds.

I like the brand but this store is ALWAYS filthy. Bathrooms gross, floors haven’t been swept wall to wall in what looks like weeks, always dirty tables…and always some sort of unopened boxes stacked in front of the merch wall. How are we supposed to step around those? Not to mention flies everywhere.
You need a professional cleaning crew and reset badly.

First off, parking is...not ideal most days when you come here. And the off chance you come when they are getting a delivery, you're likely to get stuck by the truck being there. I don't think it's intentional, but it sure makes leaving difficult.Friendly service, though quite slow every time I've been, regardless of how many customers are inside, makes it a little difficult for me to write a 5 star review, but...I gave it to them anyway, as they've never made a mistake with my drinks that they haven't rectified quickly.Inside is usually spotless, unless someone spills and they are actually busy, but they are aware, and acknowledge the issue, so that's nice.Bathrooms could use more attention (frequency) so that they aren't gross, but...if you get there early, it's clear they care about the stores appearance.Overall, a great store, just some constructive feedback. ?
