The Sidney Ohio location is terrible. They’re rude, the food is wrong 100% of the time and you can’t get a phone number or email to talk to anyone. Tonight “Darci” the general manager and apparently also the owner refused to give me her last name, a phone number or an email so I could talk to someone outside of that location. I find it hard to believe she’s the manager AND the owner. She gave me a whole list of reasons our food was wrong, yet again, and none of the reasons...read full review

Absolutely the most horrible customer service. I’ve called, sent emails on an extremely easy yes or no question since February and can’t get a response. I even called main customer service phone number and she said we will have someone contact you. That was 3 weeks ago. I will never visit any of their businesses. They should be ashamed.
