Absolutely the most horrible customer service. I’ve called, sent emails on an extremely easy yes or no question since February and can’t get a response. I even called main customer service phone number and she said we will have someone contact you. That was 3 weeks ago. I will never visit any of their businesses. They should be ashamed.

The Sidney Ohio location is terrible. They’re rude, the food is wrong 100% of the time and you can’t get a phone number or email to talk to anyone. Tonight “Darci” the general manager and apparently also the owner refused to give me her last name, a phone number or an email so I could talk to someone outside of that location. I find it hard to believe she’s the manager AND the owner. She gave me a whole list of reasons our food was wrong, yet again, and none of the reasons had anything to do with my food. She’s training people, she’s new there and working on things. I don’t care about any of that. None of that, the customer, is my fault. We don’t order complicated food. I expect to talk to someone who is friendly. This will be the last time we ever eat there.

I ordered lunch from the location in Hoover, Alabama. When I got back to work, I realized there was no sauce on my wings whatsoever. The chicken looks like it is from last night, and the man who waited on me was pretty rude.

Always a great atmosphere, but the menu is kinda boring. I know it's a wing joint, but the burgers and sandwiches are blasé, and you need more fork food options. Not everyone wants to get messy eating. What kind of sports bar doesn't sell a ribeye, anyway?

The worst experience at a restaurant I have had in a very long time. The manager at the Adrian MI store (Joey) was the most rude person Me and my family have ever dealt with. I hope people read this and understand there are much better places to eat in town.

Great concepts, but complete failure on customer service. Servers, cooks, bartenders, supervisors, all stages of management and the rest of the organization need to be trained to care and work to the best of their ability. Used to be second to none one, but loss of training, cost and careing are the problem. Listen to your customers and the reviews or closure of BWW will be soon. Same problems at all locations. Please make corrections and make it great again.

I wish I could post the pictures I have . Someone I know went to Buffalo wild wings in Flint Michigan linden rd and a customer was there with her dog. The dog was on the table, two pause sitting on top of the table as if it was eating too. In a booth. I sent an email along with the picture letting them know how unsanitized this was for a place that sells food to the public. I have not heard anything from them. If you are a ? lover I don't want to hear it. There is a time and place for pets. Public restaurants isn't it. Flint Mi on linden Rd is the place. Buffalo wild wings you need to get it together

We showed up at 12:30 at the Grapevine Texas location. We eat as a group every weekend at a Buffalo after djing parties. They told us they were closed after their hours stated they were open until one am. We ended up at Pluckers. I had never been there before. Food was great service was even better. They served us. Someone in management needs to be fired. Bdubs is ALWAYS dirty and management sucks at more than this location.

Love BDubbs.We are always there 4-5 times a week. We were there tonight. Chicken tenders Came out very salty.Ask for lightly breaded. Holly took care of things to make things right.I appreciate someone who makes sure the customer is taking care of.That is customer service.

Horrible service. I went out to eat with my wife to have a good time. That didn't happend at Buffalo wild wings in Cutler Ridge Miami, Fl. After waiting one hour for the food we ordered. Finally when the food came out it was cold, not cooked all the way, and we where missing some of the food we ordered. We ask to speak to manager. The manager Nate came to the table already in a bad mood. My wife told him the problem we had with the food. He was literally trying to talk over her and not letting her finish what she was trying to explain to him. Obviously my wife and I where upset because we waited so long for our food and then when the food gets there it was cold. The manager Nate instead of trying to resolve our problem basically told us to not come back to eat there again. That's his problem solving skills. My opinion on manager Nate. He maybe has the title of manager but has no manager experience, knowledge, and very unprofessional. People like that should be send to some kinda of ethic training at the evey minimum. Buffalo wild wing in Cutler Ridge when manager Nate there stay away. That's my advice. To Buffalo Wild Wings you should look into that restaurant or continue to lose money and customers.

Colonial Heights, VA - Every single time I come to this location, there is a problem, but last night (10/12/19) was the final straw. My friend ordered her food online around 11:15 pm and it said it would be ready by 12 am. We arrive at 11:40 and she goes in there around 11:50 pm and a worker proceeds to tell her that her order has not come up yet meaning it isn’t done. She goes back in there at 12 to ask for her food again and this time she’s told that they don’t have an order for her. So this presents the first problem. If her order was not in at 11:50 pm, why would y’all proceed to tell her it is not ready yet. So, the worker then tells her that she ordered for today (10/13) at 11 am. She tells her there must be an error because she ordered for that night. The worker then goes to get the manager. The manager takes 10-15 minutes to come see her. When he comes to see her, he says there was a glitch in the system and that he would have her wings up pronto. 30 minutes gos passed and she still does not have her wings and so, I go in the store to ask her what is going on with her order because I had to wake up at 6 am for a conference. I asked did she receive any compensation for their inconveniences and she stated no. I then asked to speak to a manager because I don’t believe that it’s fair for her to receive nothing and she waited hours for her food for a problem that was not her fault. Again, he takes 10-15 minutes to come to the front to speak with us. I begin by asking for compensation in the form of a free meal card, desert, or anything for her and my time being wasted. He repeatedly said like there’s nothing he can do and keeps restating there was a glitch. I said sir, I understand that there was a glitch but after that was acknowledged, it still took 30-40 minutes for her food to come when you said you were getting it pronto. He repeatedly keeps talking about the glitch. I said sir, its fine, I will just call corporate to ask for compensation. He then proceeds turns his back on us and say, “well call them and get it from them then”. I said you don’t have to be nasty because I never got nasty with you. I then received his name from one of his workers. His name is Steven C. and I will be reporting this incident to corporate. This was poor customer service and they should’ve serviced her quickly after the glitch. It was not her fault and she was understanding. The least they could do was compensate her with a free meal or something for her next visit because of the long wait and the fact that she could not get a refund since it was ordered online. This location has very poor customer service. We did not leave until around 1:15/1:30 am.

If zero was possible, that’s what I would give. For this to be a corporate office, you would expect so much more. I left a poor review for a location and asked to be contacted back. That never happened at all. I truly believe good company could care less about anyone at all. It’s no wonder they are barely holding their market share. I will never give them another dollar of my money.

My experience at your Hammond, LA location was terrible. I came in and placed a to go order and the cashier never acknowledged me because she was talking and when I finally said something, she passed me on to someone else to help me. I made an order for 2 large orders of wing and I waited for almost an hour when the manager told me it would only take about 15 minutes. The restaurant was virtually empty and there was plenty of staff there because they were all in a huddle talking and laughing. Once I saw what I assumed to be my order was finally up in the window, I had to approach the counter to get the staff to go check and get me my order.
