WORST Customer Service EVER !! I came in with 2 friends on Saturday. The tattooed dude taking our order (on register) was angry that we were taking our time trying to order. He was rushing us and spoke badly about us to his 'coworker' who was the 'sandwich maker' dude. He was ever worse. He got 2 of our orders wrong, as we watched him sloppily make our sandwiches. And got angry at me for asking him to put 1 slice of cheese and NO dressing on my $12 dollar sandwich !! I live in the neighborhood and I am on the board. I will make others aware that this is NOT tolerated and they should not be the 'face' of Caffrey's. I will never go back, sadly !!!

Food was meh. Got the Caesar wrap and it has a weird after taste wouldn’t recommend. Portion was also really small for the price. Couple of croutons thrown in a mostly empty wrap lol. The “what do you want ?” service didn’t phase me as I come from using nyc delis. This place has tons of good reviews so maybe I just came on an off day ??♂️

I ordered delivery and with confusion, I received the wrong sando from what I ordered. I called the shop and the manager was very nice and apologetic and 15 mins later I received what I ordered. Absolutely delicious and great customer service! You guys rock!

I'm usually spotted by the manager/owner who knows my usual as soon as I walk in the door! Always a pleasant experience. Wish it was still open late, post pandemic hours have drastically changed. Hoping they start being open later again soon!
