Ordered a quesadilla online and they gave me a tray with an empty foil wrapped tortilla with my fixings on the side. Came back to and they said they had run out of cheese. Instead of being honest when I went to initially go pick it up they tried to pull a fast one on me and made me drive all the way back to find out they couldnt make one anyways. 2nd time ive gone here and had missing items and issues within the past month. Arguably one of the worst chipotles around. Never go back.

Watch what they are charging you they charge triple what it costs in the app for a side tortilla they charge 1.50 when online is .50 cents they charged me 7.00 for three taco tortillas and than charged me 2.50 for gauc that is already included in a veggie

This location is the worst and the only reason I would still go to it is because it’s the closest to me but after this last order I am done. This is how they prepared my online order. I paid $13 plus 30% tip for this. Just disable online orders if your employees are going to do this because it’s ridiculous that I have to go in person to make sure they make it right. I’m still being charged the same so why am I getting ripped off?
Left a review with corporate but out of nearly everything besides chicken and Barbacoa which looked empty too. And they only had white rice and pinto beans. Guy gave me barely half a scoop of meat which I asked what happened to the scoop and a half serving size and got attitude for that. Then had to beg for more fajitas because they would only put 4 or 5 strands on at a time. Same with the veggies. I felt like I had to beg for my food. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes because they lost their cashier but she was the nicest of all of them to fair. I won't be coming back to Chipotle ever again after this. They keep raising their prices and reducing their portions. I feel scammed when I order there now which is dad because I used to love them

This was my worst experience at Chipotle. For some reason it was online orders only. My chicken burrito had no chicken. They left out several items (drink cups, kids chips). My daughter ordered a vegetarian bowl but it had what appeared to be pieces of meat in it. When asking for assistance with issues on our order, the music in the kitchen seemed to have the N-word repeatedly. The dining area was also fairly dirty and trash was overflowing. I generally like Chipotle. However this was by far my worst chipotle experience.Vegetarian options: Our vegetarian order seemed to have small meat pieces in it.

The customer service here actually sucks. Employees blaring rap music while only accepting online orders. The food being handed out is a visible mess-- lettuce hanging out of containers, sloppy, etc. Our order was supposed to be ready at 5:10, meanwhile it's 5:30 and they say it will be a 20 minute wait for them to shred cheese as our food sits on the counter getting cold. They said no when we asked to cancel/for a refund and the Chipotle app "could not process my request" when I followed their automatic prompts saying my order was late. Chipotle has really gone down hill.
