I'm writing this review for the Canadian Pacific Plaza location. The Buffalo chicken salad was excellent but the cashier seems to can't handle pressure. She was friendly to the customer but when she turns her back to talk to her co workers, she would get angry at them and very agressly slap the food trays down on the counter at them with a very mean face then turn around and smile in the customers face. Decent food, but overpriced for the quality and portion size. Lines are normally long but they move quickly, it's about a 15 minute wait unless you get there right away in the morning or just before close. There's a large menu to choose from, but unfortunately my orders have been pretty consistently wrong. Staff is usually friendly and helpful in correcting mistakes.

I’ve been here, let’s say, five times. Not once has the food ordering process made sense. Chaos. Also, I’ve yet to receive an order that’s correct or meets minimum quality standards. I guess I’m done trying. Sad, because there are such limited options in the area. Another business could manage the space more effectively and provide better food.
