Every time we visit this DQ we have a good experience! Friendly staff, frozen treats made well and the service is quick. Even during busy hours, this place runs like a well oiled machine. Great job y’all and thanks for everything :) 10/10 would recommend and WILL be back ;)

Love this DQ always makes my blizzard how I like it

I took my grandson and his 4 friends for a treat 4 my grandsons 9th birthday and we all got blizzards and they didn't complain about it but the staff working did not even know how to make a blizzard first thing is the put way to much syrup and toppings into the blizzards and it just was gross so I had mine remade and it was still not right. And the other two guys working there were in the back smoking weed or vaping a cart of THC, I know what the smell is I'm a medical marijuana patient. It's sad when u spend 50 bucks and it wasn't even worth it because it's not up to DQ standards, I know because I worked at 3 different DQs and was even a assistant manager of my DQ and I don't understand how they still have a job? That's a really sad Day for me my grandson his friends. I don't have money to take him again for a while but don't even think DQ will ever get a penny from me ever again!!!!! Stay away from the DQ on Portland Ave across from Know Name records!!!!!

The ice cream is good. Close to my house. But the staff like to complain and swear behind the counter. The kitchen is nasty!!! I don’t think think they are in health compliance.

Ordered an oreo blizzard and a crunch cone in a dish. My order was correct and the staff was friendly.

Very good location with good plane spotting! Needs more seating though.

I have wanted another of their current chocolate extreme blizzards ever since!

One of your employees helped my girlfriend and I today but had a very horrible experience! Besides them messing up both our orders and spilling all over the counter twice, I asked for just a single brownie on the side with my turtle pecan cluster, and after waiting for about 10 mins, we decided to add another brownie and he seemed very annoyed that we asked and I asked if that was a problem he said “well I already gave you a free brownie and you want another one I mean you can at least tip us for it” I truly was in disbelief because for one I didn’t know he didn’t charge me for the first brownie! But all he could’ve done was used his words and actually have customer service skills and explain he wasn’t sure how to charge me for it… but once I got in the car and opened my ice cream it spilled all over my car! So I had to go to different one, and they had no problem of charging me for TWO brownies! And my ice cream was solid and customer services skills was pretty damn good! Description of employee- Caucasian, blond/black hair, blue eyes, curly hair, short

Busiest day I can think of right now... mother's day... they had two employees ?There were some mistakes made of course due to staffing, but service was good, facility clean, parking okay.

It's Sunday, 9:15pm. Drive from South Minneapolis for DQ and they're closed. The website says 10 pm. But they're closed. Either update the website or stay open til 10.

Quick, efficient, and did the best Blizzard of recent memory, as they had the peanut butter sauce to add to a Reese's and Snickers Blizzard. The staff was very friendly! I'll go back.

Staff was friendly and informed me, but that the buster bars were made on site I purchased a six pack of buster bars, which in the end were just very expensive dilly bars. My grandson complained about the first one so I cut the next two and half looking for fudge as you can see there wasn’t much.

They make their own buster bars at the Dairy Queen on Portland Avenue. Don't buy them I bought a box and the first two had hardly any fudge in them. They were more like expensive dilly bars. The staff was friendly and nice.
