Their billing department is an absolute nightmare. They have no answers, are rude, and will continue to pass you off from person to person providing zero assistance. They bill incorrectly and constantly say it’s ITs fault (?????). The doctors are great but it’s not worth the headache of having to deal with their billing department. Doing the bare minimum, is how I would describe my numerous trips and now recent hospital stay. In the emergency room they will stabilize you and then leave you to wait as the ED cannot handle the flow of patients, the staff in the ED are burnt out and it's quite clear in how they behave, HIPPA is only taken as a suggestion, last I checked you don't discuss other patients conditions in a different patients room at normal volume and say "don't worry she's too drugged to remember"...read full review
This place saved my wife's life. I will forever be thankful for the staff. They were absolutely amazing. The fact we came in at 5 pm and got to talk to a neurosurgeon within 3 hours, a visit that would save her life, is so amazing.
