BEWARE: The website on this google listing is FRAUDULENT! I ordered food through it and never got a confirmation email. I called the restaurant and they informed me this site is a phishing site, there to steal your credit card info. Only order by phone or through one of the delivery sites like grubhub. The real restaurant is great. Small space but food + boba is good and staff are great.

Jasmine has great Banh mi sandwiches on Eat Street. They have a variety of meat/veg options that should suit any eater. They also have bubble tea and a wide selection of drinks. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. One thing to note, the restaurant is somewhat hidden, it is in the same unit as the bubble tea store.

I heard about Jasmine deli on my search for banh mi restaurants. I tried to come here over the pandemic but it was closed. Then, my roommate told me it was open again! My partner and I are banh mi fanatics. He has never been here before, so I took him here on a surprise date. The restaurant is on eat street and is attached to Icehouse. It’s small and humble inside and shared its location with kung fu tea. There was a friendly environment in the restaurant and many young people socializing and drinking boba tea.The employees were very friendly and asked us if we were there for food (vs boba, which it seems like a lot of people were there for). We said yes, he gave us a menu, and then told us that they were out of banh mi!We were thinking of going elsewhere, but decided to give it a try anyways, and we were not disappointed! We ordered the vegan noodle soup, the tofu vermicelli salad, and tamarind tofu as a starter. The vegan noodle soup was excellent. The broth was well balanced, the veggies were fresh, and the tofu was crispy and flavorful. I did wish they had had the hand pulled noodles that were listed on the menu, but the rice noodles were good too.The salad was delicious, especially the vinaigrette. The tofu was well seasoned and fried. The flavors were just right! Finally, the tamarind tofu. This came out last, but this was fine with us because it was freshly fried. The sauce was sharp and tangy. Would recommend, but the portion is a little small. The restaurant is very affordable, and the ambiance outside is great as well.Definitely come here! Also, I found my doppelgänger here. Added bonus!

Very friendly service always. The vegetarian eggroll noodle bowl (especially the vegetarian "fish" sauce that goes with it) and tofu banh mi are the bomb. I wish they were open as much as the boba side, but I understand pandemic issues probably impact how they manage staffing for restaurant side.

Can’t say enough good things about Jasmine Deli. It has been my favorite restaurant for the better part of 2 decades. The family that owns and operates the restaurant are some of the nicest, most welcoming people you will ever meet. I’d list my favorite dishes, but I’d end up just posting the entire menu, because you can’t go wrong here! Amazing options for vegetarians and vegans, including a special vegan “fish sauce” alternative that turns their eggrolls into probably the single most delicious food on the planet. Wish I could rate this place twice because they deserve 10 stars!

Amazing customer service! The gentleman that took our order was super friendly. Even though we came in 30 minutes before they close, they still treated us with awesome customer service. Food is amazing! We order banh mi to go and it taste amazing.

Glad to see they're open again, sorry to see this Kung Fu beverage thing taking up so much space. I hope it isn't long before they bring back the full food menu and a few more larger tables for eating in. Besides the good food, what I've liked the most is that the place is small and cozy. I got the spring rolls on this visit. They are as good as ever.
