Delivery often takes 2+ hours, and they are unable to make scheduled delivery times when orders are placed in advance online.To the owner manager: give your employees the resources they need to be successful. Feels like you are very understaffed.

Never go to this location again. Hours said open till 10 but they closed at 8 because they were slow. Workers were just chilling inside minding their own business on their phones, milking the clock likely. Will never visit again.

I waited over an hour for my food. Got a call at 4:30 saying my food was out for delivery. Called the store at 5:03 and they said that it is just now out for delivery. Every time I order, I experience over a 30 minute wait for it to just be out for delivery.

Ordered a single sandwich at 2:26, immediately got the confirmation. The store won't answer any calls and their voicemail is full. Never received my sandwich or any communication from the store for an explanation.
This Jimmy's is closed. Door was locked but the neon signs were glowing giving me hope. I've had very good sandwiches from this shop! Wishing I was munching on a Jimmy John's right now.

Don't think about customizing your order , paid extra for extra meat and yet my sandwich is without . The place was dead slow , all the employees were chit chating which is fine but not if they can't make my sandwich right . ? Won't be getting lunch from here anymore. Didn't even make eye contact when setting my sandwich up on the counter or say anything to me as I walk out .

Terrible service. Seriously, I’ve had orders cancelled without any attempt by the store staff to notify me. They just cancel out of the blue. If you have to get anything from them do it in person otherwise they’ll stealth cancel your order and never tell you.

Went in person and tried to order from someone at the register who had headphones in and was talking on FaceTime. I ordered a beach club with light lettuce and hot peppers and he had to clarify 4 times what I wanted. After repeating the order back, the sandwich still came out wrong with no hot peppers. There was a kid running around and three employees moving at a literal glacial pace. Love me some jimmy johns but worth the drive further into uptown to avoid this place.
