Quite good for fast food! All the ingredients seem pretty fresh. They keep the drive thru moving pretty decently even when it's busy !

Just like most fast food places these days, they are understaffed and doing their best. Shy runs out my mobile orders (daytime) and always ensures they’re correct.Only poor experience was in the evening, drive-thru was prioritized over other order channels so ended up waiting 20+ minutes for curbside once drive thru was cleared out. Again, understaffed so I get it..

My daughter had ordered the last 3 days and it has been awful. Her happy meal was cold. The second time the cookies were broken. And last night they ordered sundaes and there was hardly ice cream in the cup, let alone fudge. It's ridiculous the price you charge for the stuff to start with, then you try to call and get someone who could care less.

I placed a mobile order and waited at the counter for at least ten minutes before anyone checked on me, and waited another ten minutes before another person checked on me. My food had been sitting on the counter for at least ten minutes, and I had waited a total of 20 minute, which means I missed my bus by one minute, so I had to walk 15 minutes home in the rain. I called the restaurant twice to request a refund and they said no and hung up on me. This location should be closed and its staff should be laid off. There are so many other locations that are so much less problematic, and the fact that this location has no dining room or restrooms is a good indicator that you should probably just give up and call it quits.

My doctor has a McDonald's hamburger, fries, and chicken nuggets.They were all purchased in 2011 . The burger fries and chicken nuggets literally look like you ordered them that day.You can smell the spoiled grease down the road. You will die from eating this food. and most people go there for their kids.People are wrapped up in the Nostalgia of what McDonald's used to be when they actually used real meat real potatoes real food and not all of these by-products and chemicals and ingredients that are going to kill us. They use that and Nostalgia and back in the day image to try to still keep people coming there and to stay in business. All people need to break this habit otherwise they all are going to die eating this fake food.The chicken is grown in giant vats that they've chronically created so that they can grow chicken without needing an actual animal.it doesn't even come off of a real animal......This is not right it goes against nature and the laws of the universe.

Well, they screwed up our order in our favor. We ordered 1 Hi-C and ended up with 6. The fries are always crispy, and I can tell that they regularly change the oil in the fryers. I've never had a bad experience with service, or my order being screwed up not in my favor. This is my favorite one to go to in my immediate area.There is only a drive-thru or walk-up, but I have always been served in an expedient manner. I recommend McDonald's for anyone who is gluten-free and looking for a fast-food option. I've found that many other fast-food restaurants cross-contaminate products (Burger King, Arby's), or don't change their oil (Burger King, Arby's). I know that people rip on McDonald's, but I've always had the best experiences with this fast-food chain, and I grew up eating a lot of different fast-food restaurants. Go here, not there.

Poor customer service I work as door dash they tall me you skip the line but there is two lines didn’t ski the line and as a-delivery driver they have very bad customer service!!! Stupid!!

This McDonald's location only has inside walk-up and drive-through service, i.e., there is no seating inside or outside of the restaurant. The drive-through service receives preferential treatment. As a walk-in customer, on may order at the cash register, or by the large and overly technical electronic kiosks. Alternately, one may order using a downloaded McDonald's app, which may be the clandestine plan of the evil McDonald's overlords anyway. The walk-up service can be hit or miss. It is slow -- almost always. However, I have had servers who are kind, enthusiastic, and really want to please the customer. I have also experienced the server who doesn't care one wit about you as a customer. They make their work so perfunctory that a robot would be preferable, but that would take away the lousy wage of even the most ardent and sincere server. Enough of my inferences. Take your chance and buy your cheap and delicious burgers here. As a global citizen, we all get what we pay for.Parking: I have NEVER seen this parking lot full.

The cashier threw a temper tantrum giving me change. I just wanted less bills back so I gave her more money to make it even and they threw their hands around, muttered under their breath, threw the money down and slammed the window in my face after. Then my sandwich was burnt and my iced caramel mocha tastes watered down and gross. They didn’t even put whipped cream on my drink.

While in store, I observed the manager throw food at a customer. Customer requested fresh fries, that's when manager threw fries back at customer saying she just works there and doesn't need her job. No fresh food was offered. Customer requested refund. I didn't see if she received one. Manager has a nasty attitude..this was on February 7th,2024.
