While I haven't been to this place since I moved states, but whenever I come back to Minnesota. I make sure to stop by this Pho restaurant for a quick bite and good memories. (So yeah, a tiny bit bias)Generally speaking I don't recommended going to early or late. Mainly because the pho soup is very volatile during those times. Either really good or water.Either way I would definitely recommended the fried quail and Nem Nuong Cuon. Those two dishes really sparked my hunger for Vietnamese cuisine.Good:Affordable(based on my 2019 memories)Tasty (depending)Bad:Can be dirty in some places.Quality is 70/30. (Good/Bad)Drinks- I think making fresh thai tea or having less bottled stuff in the store would be much better. I usually head to bad waitress after to get a mocha.Overall 8.4/10 (+0.2 for nostalgia)

Love love love the food they offer here. Everything I order in person or via online pick up is always so good. The only downside is that the place def needs a upgrade. It's very dated. Sometimes the tables, menus and floors are kinda sticky/gross. The service is okay, they are def very direct lol.

The food was wonderful, the atmosphere, old-fashioned, and the service. Excellent we will be back.

A true classic. They serve pho the way I had it in Vietnam. Not to be missed if you know of or are curious about this dish. Also, don’t miss the iced coffee (cafe sua da) for desert—it’s heavenly.

Excellent seafood noodle soup, appropriate size, a little bit pricey but I see how inflation has boosted up costs. It was not busy at all. The food was really quick and fast and was absolutely delicious. Our server was patient and I enjoyed the broth and the great selection of seafood pho.

A place where the food is what matters. Everything else just feels right after that. One of very few places you can come as you are and get consistently good food. It's not new, it's not "nice". It's home, and it doesn't need to change.

I got the sesame chicken with fried rice, egg rolls, and cream cheese wontons. It was possibly my favorite meal ever.

Have been eating there since 2000. Sad to see that they raised the price.

Automatically 20% charge for 4 or more. Food took forever to get to table, I want I buy you make it, but she said no, “toooo big you not finish..” Boba wasn’t tasting sugary nor right.

Hands down the best pho in Minnesota. Everyone has their opinion; this is a fact.
