I was there tonight; the service was the worst I have ever had. I ordered a shake and was asked if I wanted it right away, but it didn't come until after my food showed up, 20 minutes later. I got the wrong cheese on my burger, and the server came to the table two different times, saw my pop was empty, and didn't ask to refill it until she brought us the check. I will never be going back there again. It's sad because we used to really like it there.

Very boring in the inside I should have went to tailgate next door(trying new things) I ordered Caribbean salad nothing was Caribbean about the salad but the pineapples and the margaritas are okay but you will need a shot on the side. I wouldn't make this a happy hour spot

Food was very underwhelming. If you like limp like warm fries this is the place for you. I thought the food would be hot considering how long it took to come out. The restaurant was not busy at all which should have been a sign to eat elsewhere. Fast food burgers taste better and cost less.

Was here for lunch got the signature burger. Wow it was so good. Its not often i get a burger thats so good I dont want to add extra condiments to it. Also highly recommend the sweet potato tots. If you want a real treat ask them for some of that Chipotle mayo or garlic aioli to dip em in.

Don't ever go there! It's absolutely disgusting what they did. Burgers were partially ate and realized they were very under cooked! Sent them back, they recooked their same burger on the grill, mind you two of my children were sick, so they recook your food spreading germs, and they will cook you a whole new burger but they have to charge you for their mistake! It's getting reported to the health bureau because that is unsanitary, unsafe and just right disgusting!!!!!!!!!

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience I went to Patty Wagon with my bestie to play bingo, but we ended up leaving before the first round even started.
The place was fairly busy, but they only had two servers working the entire restaurant and bar. One of them, who was also bartending, briefly dropped off menus and said, “I’ll be back soon.” That was the last we saw of any service. No one took our drink order, and we weren’t even offered water.
After waiting 20 minutes with no follow-up, we decided to leave. It’s unfortunate, because the place had potential, but the lack of basic service was unacceptable.
We spoke to the manager about our experience and she chose to make excuses rather than apologize.
We won’t be going back.

Jenae Our server hasn't been professional. She sees we're needing refils on drinks when theres no other customers. Then taking other customers drinks and orders and bringing other food out while not caring for this family. Needs better customer service.. then the other skinny server with tattoos all on 1 arm has been lollygagging & chatting. When customers been needing stuff & has been helping more Caucasian customers and not our biracial family.. Worse place to go now especially when we was regular customers..
