Wait staff is awesome. Food took 1.5 hours and there were like 3 tables waiting for food. Don’t know what they are doing in the kitchen? Salads and burgers ordered! Will NOT return!

Although the pizza was good (not excellent, not poor...just good) completely overpriced. $38 for a large and then ask for a tip? Not happening again. I get delivery and service, but take the tip out of the way overpriced pizza please.

So there is one worker in that pizza pub that's so mean and it takes forever to get the bill or they don't check up on you or anything it's a blonde hair girl maybe in her 30s or something but she is the worst waitress ever and I'm starting to think she knows the owners because she should be fired but isn't I'm never coming back until that's settled

This is the third time I have had to call after waiting an hour for my order. I have been told every time that it will be another 30-45 minutes, which leads me to believe they had forgotten our order. This place appears to be going downhill. Likely the last time I order from them.

Really disappointed with the service, hardly no one there on a Sunday and took forever to wait on us. Plus we waited for our bill for 40 mins and had to go up to the bar to pay. Bummer!

Ordered food here. They said 45 minutes. Called at an hour. They said call back if it isn't there in 15 minutes. Called back in 20 minutes. They said they are just putting it in the oven. I told them I wanted to cancel my order. They said I could not because I paid with a credit card. I had to drive up to the restaurant to cancel my order and get my money back in hopefully 3-5 business days. Probably the worst "dining" experience I have ever had. I normally don't make reviews but this needs to be heard.

Food is always good when we dine in. Although, this is now the third time we have tried to do a pick up and each time there’s been an almost 2 hour wait for our food and they have prioritized in person orders before ours. Today we were told on the phone after we ordered, our food would be ready in 40-50 minutes. We showed up to pick up 50 minutes later and were told “They haven’t started your food, it’s going to be another 30 minutes, sorry we got busy”. We asked if they could ensure our food was going to be started instantly and they said “We can’t guarentee that, they can’t start our order before others.” We told them we’ve already been waiting 50 minutes for our food, they tried to tell us we haven’t, then they looked and said oh yeah you have. We told them to just cancel our order and they said “good thing you haven’t paid yet”. Very disappointed as we really enjoy the food here but have had terrible luck with pick up orders. Will not be trying a pick up again.
