The food we ordered today is not really good. We all have experienced indigestion after all. I have been to this restaurant so many times. I've had good and bad experience in my previous visits and nothing tops today's service. The server is very rude. We have to sit and wait 15 minutes to be asked if we need something to drink. Then another 5 minute to get the menu then. After about 20 minutes getting the menu, the server took our order and 10 minutes later we go out food. I tried to call our server by waiving my hand which she was pretending like she didn't see me. But the guy who helped us seat saw me and came and asked what I need. All I needed were utensils ( usually placed in the table before customer sits). When the bill comes, I saw over charge and called our server and asked her to correct it, but she tried to argue and later admit the error and fixed it. I am not against leavin gratitude, but for the service I have experienced, should not give my hard earning money. Like any other restaurant, customer should be willingly and happily leave service appreciation tip base on food quality, service and cleanliness.I don't think I will ever go to this restaurant again and will encourage my friends and family to do the same.Done with IHOP!!!

The waitress checked the temp of our pancakes with her bare hands not knowing I was watching her. When I called her out on it and requested new pancakes, she obliged but didn't apologize. She took them back to the kitchen somewhere out of sight, called the hostess over, pointed at our table, laughed about it and then had the hostess bring us the SAME pancakes as if they were different ones. Disgusting.

It's perfect walking distance for us! Sundays are a bit busy so you may have to wait a few minutes.The service is amazing and the food is always on point. The coffee is that classic diner coffee flavored water.The atmosphere is colorful. It's always full of families and laughter!

the waitress we had never once introduced herself as well as ignored us the entire time we were there. she checked on her other tables countless times but proceeded to completely ignore us throughout the entire experience. the only time she came over was at the very beginning and end. and both times she came she was incredibly rude. rolling her eyes, and giving attitude. awful service

The service here has progressively gotten worse. The waitress didn’t seem to care about her job and management seemed to support that sentiment. Fast forward to the end of our meal… My wife’s grandmother gave the waitress her card to pay and the waitress came back and said that the payment system was down and said that we had to pay in cash, when we said we didn’t have any cash, the waitress said “well, that’s not my fault”. We then talked to the manager and asked if we could write a check and she said no and that we had to wait until the system came back up. When asked what the anticipated wait time was, she said “I don’t have to deal with this, just leave!”, when in reality as the manager, it was her responsibility to handle the situation and find a resolution that benefited both the company and the customer, which she did neither, instead deciding that letting money walk out the door was the better option.To the owner, find new management and employees. You’re losing money and loyal patrons money due to incompetent leadership and subpar customer service. The fact that your manager was willing to lose money vs. making an exception by taking a check was surprising. An establishment can’t expect to hold their patrons hostage because of a technical issue, especially when patrons are offering alternative payment methods. To top it off, we watched many other patrons enter the building and get seated without even being informed of the issue.

Had the biscuits and gravy. Gravy was great. The biscuits were flat due to them being cut in half and placed on the grill to be toasted. Dried out the biscuits and the grill gave the biscuits an odd flavor. Cinnamon pancakes had an extreme amount of cinnamon sauce on them. Server was great and attentive. Very clean dining area.
