There were 9 people working and they worked in slow motion. It took forever and there were not that many customers. All we ordered was ice cream and 2 fries. The floor was filthy too.

Drive through time says 10 am to 10 pm but went there at 10:20 am and no one was answering and did not come to window to stop us from driving off. If your going to say open at 10 then be open!

Best DQ I’ve ever been to, beautiful layout! Food was amazing! Employees were awesome. The lady that helped ring us up was so kind and so helpful!
Stopped on my way up north for dinner. I was by myself and wanted to get a quick meal before driving more. The door said the dining room was open until 8pm. It was 7:48. Stood at the counter and waited several minutes. Finally an employee came up and says is it alright if today's order is to go? I said no I don't want to eat in my car. She says sorry the dining room closes soon. I said that the sign says 8 and drive thru says it is open later. Couldn't you just lock the doors at 8? It shouldn't take me too long to eat. She said no we have to clean the dining room. I am one person. It would take 30 second to clean my table and chair. The owner should retrain employees on customer service. Or change the dining room hours until the the last possible minute someone can order and eat inside. I will never stop here again because of the way I was treated.
