I always gone to different chipotles to try and this one is my favorite one overall. They always give us a good amount and it’s always fresh, we always have the most excellent service! I always see someone cleaning and making sure everything is clean! My boyfriend and I go everyday for lunch we never miss a day, even if we are not together that day we still go separately and still get our bowl. Even if I have 20 dollars in my bank account I would rather go spend my money at Chipotle! We would always go back they are our number one fan in our heart thank you for your service <3

I feel like Chipotle portion sizes are always inconsistent, but the amount of barbacoa they served me tonight was laughable. Paid over $5 for extra meat, so you win I guess.

This Chipotle out in Richfield is excellent. Staff is friendly and sharp and the food was delicious. I'm biased because I like essentially any Chipotle Restaurant!

Dining area was not clean. They ran out of fajita mixture and salad dressing entirely and was not preparing more. Was just told they didn’t have it for today. Also, they have started giving less meat than they used to and filling it up with rice. Very disappointed it changed the taste of the meal without these items and I will not be returning to this location again.Parking: More difficult for person with disabilities
the food here is delicious, but the service is terrible. the servers skimp you on portions and give u only a bit of what h ask. if you ask for more, they call it a double order and charge double! servers were super unhelpful and took a lot of online orders in front of a very long line and didn’t help anyone. I came to get food, and left the place empty handed. not worth it.

Ordered two burritos through the app using rewards points for one. My burrito (the least expensive, thus the rewards points one) was half the size of normal. Very little filling and so much excess tortilla at the ends I had to unroll it. I had to eat it with a fork anyway since the top had a huge hole on it ? The other burrito was smaller than usual too, tho not nearly as small as mine. I usually eat half and save the rest for later, this was like a half.Also through rewards it said I could get a free order of chips but it wouldn't work to add it. It said I could scan it in the store, not going to wait in line for $2 worth of chips when my order is pickup. Not finding rewards to be very rewarding.First time eating from this location
