Staff was very nice. They did a very good job. The store is well kept very clean welcoming. I chose to go here over the Jimmy John’s in Bloomington because of all the bad reviews down. There was definitely a good choice because this sandwich is absolutely amazing. Great ingredients. Nice and quick, can’t recommend this location enough for a good delicious sandwich.

I like to give credit when credit is due This was my second time trying Jersey Mikes and my first time at this location. My experience was great, the staff works together like a well oiled machine! As soon as the lunch rush was over they all just started cleaning and restocking, nobody needed to be told what to do.Everyone was friendly which is so rare now a days.I worked in fast food myself and know it can be stressful, but none of the staff seemed stressed at all.I will definitely be back!

It seems to me a lack of respect on the part of Jersey Mike's towards the people who deliver, the preparers of dishes do not take work lightly no matter how long you have to wait. If you ask for an order you will have to wait more than 30 minutes and you will be able to observe how slow the orders are prepared. We make deliveries on time and taking an order from this store generates loss.

I go here pretty frequently and the staff is awesome. The subs are fresh and taste good. They can feel a bit pricy but I prefer these subs over Subway/alternatives. The cheese/meat slicing while making the sub is great!

Great flavor and friendly faces always greet you at Jersey Mike's, which is warmly welcomed in such a quick service industry. You rarely wait in a line that is too long, and you can tell that the employees are treated right, as many are the same since this Jersey Mike's opened! I would choose Jersey Mike's 9 out of 10 times when it comes to a sub sandwich place, with the only exception being that another business is open later at night. Also important to note - price is very similar - or - even - more appropriate, than competitors' pricing for sub sandwiches. The environment is always casual yet professional, and you can tell that etiquette is important to the management. How wonderful it is to feel this - in this day and age!Vegetarian options: Great options are detailed on the menu.Kid-friendliness: Always nice to my daughter (7) and always accommodate her picky style!Wheelchair accessibility: Wide door and smooth entries inside and outside of store.
