Worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. After over 90 minutes, cancelled my order after receiving three different excuses when calling 3 separate times inquiring about the status. Avoid this Jimmy John’s at all costs.

Awesome restaurant. The new night manager gal is super awesome and made the best sandwich I've had. U can tell she takes her job seriously and genuinely enjoys her job and had the best customer service ever. Big smile . Big thank you. Oh and they are freaky fast, fresh and tasty.

Delivery will be beyond an hour anytime of day. They don’t have drivers but they process orders regardless. The part that is highly unethical is that the store will mark orders as “out for delivery” when they are nowhere near being ready for delivery. They do this so customers will stop watching their app and forget about their order. It is unethical to sell a product you know ppl expect in under 45-minutes when you cannot deliver within 90-minutes. Staffing is an issue everywhere but misleading customers is not. Also, I’ve ordered Sammie’s in person at this location and it was filthy. Trash all over the floor, tables weren’t wiped between customers. There are tons of JJ’s in the area. This is easily the worst one. The Sammie’s I’ve had delivered were also not made to order; extra condiments are prepared as regular. Extra bacon is ignored but charged on receipt. It’s a mess.

Worst Jimmy John's on earth. Have tried multiple times to get food from here and can't ever even get anything delivered and then you have to call them. If there is anyone running this place or in change, feel free to reach out and we can brainstorm some ideas to get this place moving in the right direction. I'm confident we can get this turned around.(Picture shows where my food would be if it arrived)

Love JJ but this is one of the worst locations in the metro. Chronically understaffed, slow and employees that don't really seem to care that much. But when it's this consistently bad, it's more likely poor management than the staff. Try another location if you can.

We got there when they opened at 10 and waited a half an hour for two Ceasars wraps. They were okay. We were just happy to be out of there.My sister forgot her purse. The staff put it under counter and jept it safe for us. Thank you guys!

Go to a different one. They don't put all the ingredients on, they're dismissive on the phone and they are either super late or don't have a driver at all with zero communication.

Curbside is non existent. Waited 20 mins after arrival. Went inside to find employees standing around and my food made at the end of the line not even in the pick up area.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered on the app and asked for my sandwich to be delivered to my front door and to KNOCK so that I can be aware that it was delivered. After an hour of no update on the app and no knock on my door, I went to look and this is what I found. Absolutely despicable. A report has been filed with corporate and I expect a refund. Shame!
