Stood up for her company, she apologized for another location and employees mistake and guided me to get my problem figured out. Thank you for hiring her we need great people like her to work everywhere.

I guess the commercial finally got me - ours closed down the street so we have gone to this one a few timed always great pizza ..so much for the old time punch card for pizza rewards - not honored anymore.. have to go online...

First time I visited this location one of the employees was extremely rude because I called to order takeout an hour before close. I've been in the service industry for 7 years so I get it but an hour seemed excessive. Then I went back, and they didn't put sauce on my pizza. Visit a different location

Ordered a large create your own pizza. With 5 toppings. Only came with 4 toppings. Blk olives* Didn't order these and green olives, mushrooms and artichokes. Missing Mixed onions and green peppers. Called the store to let them know our pizza wasn't correct NO ANSWER. Phone just rang and rang and rang. Pizza is Good ...Customer service needs attention along with order accuracy ASAP.

This is always pretty good. I love that they now have the pink sauce to order when ordering online yes!!! I usually do a create your own and they are always great with the toppings. No complaints here. My kids also love their make your own pizzas which is pretty cool.

Pizza was good. If I wasn't feeling like a burden to the girl taking my order I might have asked about other items.

Our takeout pizza was wrong from start to finish - I called back to tell them and was told I would get a full refund. Five days and several promises later, still no refund. Guess we'll look for a different place, very disappointing.

I think this is the only papa Murphys in the state that does not offer a military discount. We always support papa Murphys for the great pizza and because they support the military, but we will not use this location again. Pizza was fine, but disappointed.

Normally happy here but tonight was awful.Ordered one pizza and it was busy. No worries. I get it. But when 7 of us are waiting for our order and the employee looks right at me and says sternly, "sir, it's going to be a wait for your order." I never even said anything!He then scolded another customer because she didn't have an order number and said, "when you order, you NEED to give your name." She comically replied, "yes, sir" to which we all laughed because WE DON'T WORK THERE. If you don't ask, how should we know?What prompted me to write this was my annoyance that I had two people order after me and both had their orders fulfilled before me. I was in a rush and got no apology. I didn't need free stuff, just recognize it.I stop here once or twice a week. Never during busy times. Shouldn't matter. I'll try again but if this experience happens again, I'll just go to another location near me. Unless I research and find it to be the same owner. Then I guess it's time to figure out something else.

I come in to get a pizza 20 min before it closes..they have all the items being put away. They would not make me a pizza, only sell me pre made heart shaped one's. I'll never visit this place again, I'd give zero stars if I could. The owners really need to evaluate how this store is being run because there losing money
