Normally happy here but tonight was awful.Ordered one pizza and it was busy. No worries. I get it. But when 7 of us are waiting for our order and the employee looks right at me and says sternly, "sir, it's going to be a wait for your order." I never even said anything!He then scolded another customer because she didn't have an order number and said, "when you order, you NEED to give your name." She comically replied, "yes, sir" to which we all laughed because WE DON'T WORK THERE. If you don't ask, how should we know?What prompted me to write this was my annoyance that I had two people order after me and both had their orders fulfilled before me. I was in a rush and got no apology. I didn't need free stuff, just recognize it.I stop here once or twice a week. Never during busy times. Shouldn't matter. I'll try again but if this experience happens again, I'll just go to another location near me. Unless I research and find it to be the same owner. Then I guess it's time to figure out something else.

I come in to get a pizza 20 min before it closes..they have all the items being put away. They would not make me a pizza, only sell me pre made heart shaped one's. I'll never visit this place again, I'd give zero stars if I could. The owners really need to evaluate how this store is being run because there losing money

I think this is the only papa Murphys in the state that does not offer a military discount. We always support papa Murphys for the great pizza and because they support the military, but we will not use this location again. Pizza was fine, but disappointed.

As someone who works for reviews to reflect my business, I think it's also important to leave positive reviews for a positive experience. The manager RJ took great care of my wife and me. She's 8.5 months pregnant as I write this and he even personally comped us an item because he took pride in taking care of her. He was pleasant to talk to. We're usually so tempted to only leave reviews when something negative happens, I feel it's important to point things out like this in a review.

Like many have said. Ordered food and was given pizzas with the wrong ingredients. I tried calling them when I got home but no one answered. I tried calling today and again no one answered even though they were open during both attempts.I’ve amended my review because the manager reached out to me to correct this mishap. For that, I am grateful and have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars.

Watch them closely. My wife saw then put an ingredient I can't eat on my pizza shortly after I placed my order. Don't let the presume their presences are good for you.. once I went in to pick up an online order a half-hour earlier and they told me they never start to order until the customer arrives . So forget about ordering online. It won't save you a minute. That said; I enjoy their thin crust and like the crispy finish when I bake it without its cardboard base. I just put it in the oven rack. They are a bit parsimonious on their ingredients but it's okay overall and you get what you pay for. The people are always nice and there's off street parking. I prefer the take home and bake business model.

Terrible customer service. Ordered two pizzas to pick-up. Upon arrival I was handed my order which ended up being incorrect. I proceeded to call and advise them of the mistake and give them a chance to remake the pizza. Sabrina (the shift supervisor) was extremely rude and refused any solution to remedy the problem such as remaking the pizza or a refund.

We love Papa Murphy's pizza. But not from this location. Ordered online and showed up at my prescribed pick up time. Then waited another 30 minutes, along with a bunch of other people. They had taken in way more orders than they could satisfy with available ingredients and dough. As I waited, a staffer was calling people who had already ordered stuff online, telling them they couldn't honor their order. Finally got my three pizzas, but only one was as ordered. And the crusts didn't bake consistently like they do from other locations.The staff did their best, but they were understaffed, and undersupported with product. Looking back at previous reviews this has been going on for some time. This location needs new management. I love Papa Murphy's pizza -- just not from here. Won't be back.

My first time coming to this location the murphys combo on pan crust I had was so full of flavor that it made me want to get it again. The one i ordered today was the total opposite of what bought me back. Veggies had no flavor, WAY too much sauce on it, no mixed onion. I wont be getting pizza no time soon from this location.
