This place is completely unorganized! This cashier decides before it’s time for me to pay to have me waiting on him to restock things. I was sitting there for like 8 mins! And I ordered 2 cups of soup and they forgot one. Ugh My first and last time at this location.

I've been nothing but disappointed with this store. I loved Potbelly when I lived in California, but here I've gotten nothing but late deliveries and sub par food. I was giving it one more chance just tonight, and after waiting an hour saw that they cancelled my order without informing me. Go somewhere else for your food.

I went to potbelly Sunday November 19th about 2pm. I don't know the guys name but he had a hat on turned to the side.He was fixing a sandwich and we stood there over five minutes. He never gave us no eye contact, he did speak or say I'll be right with you. We left. That's not good Customer service at all. He need more training!!! I will never go there again!!

Not usually one to write a review as it’s just fast food ? But I just had a pretty unpleasant experience I felt I had to share. I walked in and was the only one in the store (though they were clearly swarmed with online/phone orders) but stood waiting as a few people walked by me ignoring me. I finally got my sandwich made after a few min and got to the register. I was snapped at rudely by the cashier when I asked if there were cookies and then she walked away for a few minutes to do other tasks and then continued to pass out online orders to 3 different people before checking me out and by that time there was a line of 6+ people behind me. Being busy and short staffed/slow is understandable. Being ignored and snapped at is not.

It's confusing to order a new person coming into the shop but, the food was quite delicious. The sandwiches are warm and fresh with really a good selection of toppings. The place had a nice feel to it and welcoming. The Italian was my favorite and was good with the thin sliced pickles.
