I ordered online for delivery from store 45630 Richfield.Asked for extra mayo, tomato, oil, vinegar and barely had any mayo and no oil or vinegar.So very unhappy with this sandwich -this location has gotten so very stingy when extra(more) is asked for.I will take my business across the street to Jersey mikes.

I tried calling because I accidentally ordered from the wrong restaurant and I went to voicemail 5 times. Not their fault I ordered at the wrong place but could at least answer the phone so I could cancel it since I paid almost 20 dollars.

I went into this Subway location placed my order and when I went to pay for my food I took my $20 bill out of my wallet and it ripped into 2 pieces right in front of the cashier she proceeded to shake her head at me and say no I said what do you mean no and she refused to take my money because it ripped even though she saw it rip in my hand I asked to speak to the manager so she called and the manager and was told to take my money and as I'm standing there she's just chatting on the phone with the manager for like 5 more minutes and I said can you just bring me up so I can go cuz I needed to eat before a certain time and because I asked to be rung up instead of list sitting there waiting for them to have this conversation on the phone then was told that no now she won't take my money and she still refused I have never dealt with this before where somebody won't take your bill that ripped right in front of you is this a new thing cuz if if it is then Subway is got issues I was so upset because I was going in for surgery and I couldn't eat anything after 10 and this was at 9:30 so this was going to be the last thing I could eat before I couldn't eat for another probably 12 to 14 hours and by the time I got done dealing with her I missed my time to eat for the last time before my surgery so at Subway you obviously can't accidentally rip your bill cuz they won't serve you or ask to be rung up in a timely manner while the manager and then place it on the phone and gossip in front of you and laugh then you won't get your food either Subway when did you give your employees the right to to make the decision of what currency they will and will not take the US currency both the manager and the employee need to retake your customer service classes it was extremely rude and not very customer service friendly

The Subway app has the BOGO offer but it never really works, kept cancelling my credit card multiple times. I don’t know why they have the offer if they don’t use it. I even ask the store, they said no.

When I worked at the airport, I would get my lunch at a Subway once a week. I haven't been there for almost three years now. Forgot how good and fresh the food was!

Employee claims he was taught to made the Cold Cut Combo with just bologna. I told him to look it up, that it comes with bologna, ham and salami and he again stated "wellll that was how I was taught soo...". My sandwich is still incorrect after 2 times! Totally flip attitude and didn't give a crap. So glad I paid $20 for that thing through DoorDash. Unbelievable

Although the food is good.. the Subway in Richfield near cedar point Commons closes way too early.. the time says it closes at 9:30pm on Sundays on the website (updated hours) I arrived at 9:10pm and the doors were already locked ?

Bad experience here and won’t be coming back. They were out of multiple products. The employees were complaining about working there and had to ask me the same question twice because they weren’t paying attention. The chicken on my sub was cold, almost frozen, even though the rest of the sub was toasted. I almost went back to have them remake it, but with how terrible the service and employees’ attitudes were, I didn’t want to go back. I just picked the chicken off and decided the experience was worthy of a review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION.

Subway on 66th Cedar pointe went in got a 6 in. Sub was charged over 12.00 on my atm did not notice till it hit my bank went in to get refund manager said I was charged for foot long but stated I could not get refund unless I had my receipt... I did not get a receipt still had bag in my car I told her I was going to talk to my bank about it and she kicked me out of the store! Great way to do business. I will never go there again. I will get my money back . I promise u that. They need to get new manager. In talking to other customers they too has issues with her.
