First off the egg rolls were great. Service was meh. Had to ask to drink anything other than water. Had to ask for silverware and napkins.

Pho is trash... no condiments, no lime, fish sauce, chili oil.. ect... only have one type of pho .. beef or meatball.. stay away.... We order a few dishes because we wasn't confident the pho was going to be any good and the waitress made a complaint too much food we ordered... like wtf yall getting money at least... i would stay away.

My boyfriend loves their spicy chicken. It's good but nothing to write home about. I ordered him that plus some veggie spring rolls. I come to find out two spring rolls cost $9, that's $4.50 per spring roll. Total $34 completely overpriced for crappy Vietnamese/Americanized chinese type food They were not good. And the peanut sauce was super sugary. I will not be going here ever again. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because I've had a good experience at the Saint Paul but the Minneapolis one is awful.

Vina was fine. If you're looking for a quick non-Authentic Chinese inspired meal, then this is the place for it. However, if you live anywhere near St.Paul or Minneapolis and is in need of a pho fix just go to the plethora of mom and pop joints around there instead. The beef pho I ordered was for sure made with pho seasoning powder. The beef was very overcooked and a side plate of sprouts/herbs were not presented. The food did come out super quick and the service was great.

The food is pretty good, and I have been eating there regularly, but today I had a frustrating experience. I ordered steamed beef and vegetables online through the restaurant's online menu. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my takeout 10 mins late (I have a very tight lunch timeline), the lady at the desk told me what I ordered was actually an additional $4, even though the menu said nothing about this. I was more or less fine paying the additional $4 (I thought I had gotten a bit of a deal the first time around), but then I was told that I couldn't pay the difference with a credit card because the $4 was less than the $15 credit card minimum. I don't carry cash. The lady refused to either take my credit card or just add beef on as a one-time deal. I literally eat takeout from this restaurant about three times a week, so this was super frustrating to me. I had to wait for the restaurant to make my meal (with a tofu substitution that I really didn't want), i was late coming back to work, and at the end of the day, my meal was a spice level of 0 even though I requested 3. The food is good, but the restaurant lost me as a regular customer, which I'm sure costs more than the $1.50 they saved on credit card processing fees today.

Enjoyed the egg rolls and crab wontons both excellent. For entrees kung pao chicken and chicken mushroom broccoli. Both good but the apps were definitely the stars of the show. Service was great. Will be back.

The food was amazing! We are a family of picky eaters and there were no complaints whatsoever! The service was delightful and the workers made everyone feel comfortable. Honestly I would give it beyond 5 stars if I could. We are 100% no doubt coming here again. Thank you so much for the terrific food. I can't wait to be back!

The food wasn’t bad, but the customer service was.The middle aged Asian woman cashier kept pressuring me into tipping as soon as I walked in the door and this is just unethical.Tips are not mandatory in the United States and people usually leave them for good customer service, not pressure.I always leave a tip anyway whenever I dine in at a restaurant, but this is the last time I’ll ever dine here again. If you’re looking for better Vietnamese food and better customer service, I recommend the restaurants on Eat Street in Nicollet Avenue.I will never eat here or recommend this place to anyone again. Let’s not support poor customer service when there’s Vietnamese restaurants that will treat you better.

Came to this place with friends at 11 am on Monday morning. We all like it. We ordered favorite chicken noodles and wontons. The food is fresh and delicious. The environment is clean and tidy, and the serving speed is fast. Good service attitude. Recommend a good place for you.?????
I ordered a chicken, a vegetarian and a fish entrée. It came to over $40. They all looked and tasted pretty much the same. The vegetables, even the stir-fried vegetarian entree consisted of old broccoli and a few green onions with lots of noodles. My advice, drive on by.

Fantastic egg rolls. Great chicken. Amazing sauces. Great service. My only complaints: The fried rice is bad, and the Pho Soup is decent, but that's not Pho broth. It's a fine beef soup, but it isn't pho broth.

The eggs rolls were absolutely fantastic! The crab cream cheese wontons were great! However, the sesame chicken was very overcooked. Almost like jerky. Service was awesome. We will be back.

I visited Vina's on a whim this week and was very pleasantly surprised. The serving sizes were very large, and the food was great.I ordered the Chicken Chow Mein with fried rice, and it was quite good. The egg roll it came with was also really big, and really tasty. The cream cheese in the enormous wontons was a little more sauce-y than I'm used to, but the flavor was great and the dipping sauce was excellent. My vegan friend ordered a pineapple noodle dish with tofu; he really liked that they have a whole section of the menu for vegetarian options. You can see in the picture that the fresh spring roll he got was also very large. My only tiny critique would be that the chow mein was a little dry for my preference, but there were plenty of sauce options so that wasn't even a real issue. 100% would recommend!
