8/24Tried again and officially done. While my coffee was actually made the right way, I had problems with the mobile order system and then when I went to pick up I told the lady my name and she said they only had an order for a "Tal-lee-thuh" and I just said "yep that's me..again" and pronounced my name again correctly and she seemed to laugh nervously. It seems like there's a lack of training for these workers especially after reading all the other bad reviews. I'll be permanently relocating my business to the Rice street DD even though it's a bit far out of my way.I usually always have a good experience but today I pull up to the drive thru and was told it the drink I wanted to order wasn't a drink basically and that they could figure it out but the drink they have is the signature white chocolate latte. It literally says on the app what it is and I told the guy a few times and he seemed to have never heard about it. May be done with this location if I'm going to be treated like I'm stupid for ordering a drink that is PICTURED and labeled on the app twice. Do better, Dunkin or update your mobile ordering menu to reflect the "real" menu.

I usually go through drive-thru in the AM. I enjoy their selections of donuts and coffee. My only thing why don't they fill the cup up to the top or damn near close. I feel a bit cheated. Seems like I'm getting a Sma-medium. Which is small medium. The amount of coffee I get cheated out by the end of the week it would be a full cup.

A solid Dunkin’ location, but I’ve had an issue with my order for nearly half of my visits. From completely frozen hash browns, to waiting 10 minutes once for an in-store pick up drink that had been sitting already prepared for half of that time in the wrong area, I have not been completely impressed with the consistency of service I’ve received here. When my drink is made correctly and provided timely it’s great, but I can never be sure what service to expect. The drive through is one of the most convenient for coffee in the area. Drive up has an extended driveway and vehicles move through efficiently. Donut selection is quality and is not overly dry.

Got here close to closing time, so keep that in mind with the star status. The selection of donuts was limited but what there was tasted great, the drinks were not bad just not to my taste.

I get the same coffee everyday. They are so inconsistent on the taste. I know exactly how they taste because before I started going to this one I had gone to other ones and they all taste the same but this one they can never get it right. The manager lady I know she manages a few in the St Paul area she is so rude every time I let her know it does not taste good she gets this attitude. Then the people I get to know that treat me like a regular and know I like a unique way of my coffee being done and make it the same way every time end up quitting because they don't like it there wonder why this place sucks. I can't even go to the one by my house that they also manage because they're frozen ice machine is broke they haven't gotten a new one.

Update: I USED to come here a lot and today I come and think "should I order a cold foam?" Because 9 out of 10 times they dont even read the screen and completely forgot to put it on even though the customer is charged for it... I really wanted some today (2/6/24 1:35pm mobile walk in order) so I ordered and payed for it and of course the lady tried to hand me my drink without any cold foam. ?‍♀️ I told her and POINTED to the label on the cup that clearly said cold foam. These people aren't even reading what is on your cup for your drink!! What if people have allergies?? I see problems for Dunkin coming their way. So she put the thinnest layer of cold foam on and NO apology even! I asked her if I can get more cold foam put on because hell I'm paying for it and she looked annoyed and almost walked away like she was going to ignore me. Then instead of (she should of made the drink correctly in the first place and not filled it up so high with liquid) and leaving no room for the cold foam, she didn't dump some out, she just tried to put more on top but then proceeded to put the lid on and the "extra" cold foam came out and just spilled over the lid and she wiped it off...so she didn't change anything for me, there's just still a thin later of cold foam (pictured at bottom) I couldn't believe she couldn't figure it especially when Im being proactive and trying to help her fix her mistake so I can enjoy my beverage maybe.. I just walked away annoyed. The thought process behind her trying to make a drink just baffles me! It realky doesn't make me want to come here or ever order the upcharge of cold foam ever again at any Dunkin location-I officially give up on it. Get your cold foam at Starbucks people I guess.

I used to drink hot coffee every morning from DD located at Fridley. Now the closest place I can get to DD is Roseville. Sadly, every time I go there, I don’t get anything of my satisfaction. Sometimes, the coffee is not hot as it should, or the cream and sugar I asked was not put in. Today, The hash brown is burned and was not fresh.

The drive-through rushed me to order my food to get a half full Cappuccino $5, and the food was not warm at all. I'm so disappointed this morning. What a waste of money $15. I will not be back.

? I wish I read the reviews before going here. They are all very valid! Terrible customer service. They do not acknowledge you at all! I saw one of the staff make my avocado toast without gloves on, so I trashed it as soon as I got it.They need to take another lesson in customer service because they absolutely lack any of it!

A $1.49 up charge for almond milk is straight robbery. I know for a fact buying non dairy milk is not costing that much extra- also to charge that fee regardless of the drink size is absurd. I read that the non dairy charge is up to the individual location, so I most certainly will not be going to this location anymore.
