Olivia was so patient and kind when I rolled up to the drive thru window late on Wed night to get a hot drink for work the next morning. She was understanding and so sweet. It was too late to use the app on my phone so I couldn't immediately find my favorites on the menu so she helped me find a new hot coffee option. Thank you Olivia! You made my whole day/night with your thoughtfulness!

I never go to Starbies. So I was a little embarrassed and ashamed that I spent $30 on a clearance tumbler, a grilled cheese, and a medium hot chocolate. Did I need yet another water container? No. Do I use the many, many water containers I have equally? Also no.I must confess that I fell for the TikTok hype over the Starbies cups.I will say that- the grilled cheese was amazing, it would have been even better if it had been made to order, but it ezz what it ezz. The hot chocolate was also pretty wonderful. 7/10 will drink again.

Very polite staff and customers. No weirdos camping for hours on end; in fact most visitors are pickup or drive through, and people sitting inside seem to be solo students or others just reading. One of their better locations I'd say.

Rude employees. Drink tasted bad and they confused me on the sizes. Not helpful. I was ignored twice. Way too much puree. Can't even drink this.

The employees here are fantastic, they are so quick! But for the love of god please change the drive-thru layout. Busy mornings are the worst, people line up all the way to the street and it blocks traffic. Plus people can’t even park in the Starbucks parking because the drive-thru line blocks the lot. There’s gotta be a better way.

Ordered venti hot chai with vanilla cold foam, 2 pumps brown sugar, cinnamon powder and almond milk. I received venti hot chai with barely any almond milk and nothing else. Literally just tasted like water and tea bag. I’ve had people mess my order but never this bad
The baristas, Kaytlyn, Aidyn, and Ben, are the best baristas ever. They always makes sure we are satisfied and I will keep coming back!!!!!!!! So grateful!! Great customer service!!!

I had terrible first impression at Portillo’s, so we came to Starbucks to make up for it. I have been going to Starbucks for over ten years now, and I almost never have been disappointed.Today I ordered an Iced Matcha Tea Latte, venti with light ice and 16 total scoops of matcha powder, four times regular recipe. If that sounds gross to you, remember that Starbucks puts cane sugar in its matcha powder, so with 16 scoops it’s more a green tea dessert.Now we are just parked off to the side facing the intersection. I see Caribou across the street. Someone in consulting once said to me that Caribou does everything Starbucks does, but 12 months later and worse execution. I only get Caribou’s coffee when there’s nothing better in the immediate area.Today is Friday, March 31, 2023 and we are just watching the rain fall on the windshield, listening to Classical MPR and enjoying our Starbucks.Thanks baristas!!! #UnionStrongFive stars.
