Place an order for work (60 bagels and 24 muffins) for delivery. They were on time, however, when we opened the box none of the bagels were cut. I called and the person that answered could have cared less. He was like "they were supposed to be cut, my apologies". No offer of a solution, only gave a half hearted apology and literally could have cared less that we have no way of cutting our bagels as we do not have knives here. It's not the end of the world by any means, but it would have been nice to have everything wee needed and at least some empathy for issues.

Oh, precious, we went to Brueggers Bagels, yes we did, but what a disappointment it was! Nasty Bagelses! The place was filthy, yes, filthy! Dirt and crumbs everywhere, it was. We couldn't believe our eyes, precious, no we couldn't. We left, precious, we left. Never going back, no, never! They've lost our trust, they have. Nasty Bagelses!

The cleanliness of this restaurant was horrible. It was extremely unappetizing looking at the counters where they were preparing our food with gross looking rags, and crumbs and dried on cream cheese everywhere. Floors were disgusting. Counter by the coffee looked like it hadn’t been wiped off in days. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered a bagel sandwich and opened it up and the lettuce placed on it was brown to the point of being black. It was unbelievable that person could even think of using it on a sand which. Dirty environment with obviously no quality control. Save your money, appetite, and health..stay away.

I love Brueggers typically. Had lunch there yesterday, the restaurant was filthy, tables dirty, floors dirty, bathrooms disgusting, garbage overflowing! I will never go back to this location, totally unacceptable! Don't want to eat something that is this dirt, don't trust the food! gross!

Y'all. If you want Bruegger's, go to any other one! This is by far the worst one I've been to. Extremely slow and awful customer service. EVERY employee has an attitude and hates their job. The food overall is still good I will say but it is worth going to a different location.

I just had an awful experience at this Brueggers. It was unclean. I asked for my sandwich toasted because I’m pregnant and it was barely warmed. The staff also did a really sloppy job constructing the sandwich making it difficult to eat on the go.

So rude. I can’t even believe how rudely the staff is to their customers, but even as understaffed, if someone has been waiting for 30-45 minutes for their food and they ask a question and you immediately snap at them maybe you need to find a new job not so stressful on you. Extremely rude staff.
I wish I could give this location zero stars. Does not even deserve 1 star. The customer service was terrible and the staff was extremely rude. It took 30 minutes to get our bagels and the line wasn't very long. My bagel sandwich was not heated up either. I usually love Bruegger's but this location was extremely disappointing. Don't go here if you can help it. Go to Panera or literally anywhere else.

TBH I’m glad they’ve finally listed this as temporarily closed. The store was always locked with a hand written sign on the door that says only online orders or door dash.I ordered online from them twice over the past 6 months and the sign was on both times, upon knocking to be let in the get my online orders I placed, the crew would simply look out the windows at me for a few minutes before coming over to crack the door slightly and repeat what was written on the sign. Finally I would be let in to get my online order.Bruegger’s should be mortified to put their name on a store conducting business in this way.
