Another visit today: got the rudest glare form the lady making my sandwich. Whatever, I don't care too much. I let her do her thing while I got my drink, and then when I got home I find she didn't put the juices on my sandwich. Do I really have to watch y'all the entire time??I love Jersey Mikes, but I have to agree with the review I just read about this store's quality going downhill. I've been able to order a tuna sandwich for pickup or delivery very inconsistently and I've determined that when it's not available, it's because the store itself has indicated tuna is not available...but when I physically go in they make it no problem.Again, knowing this, I've previously decided to go instead of the convenience of delivery or having it ready when I get there. I've waited in like 15 minutes only to find out they have no tuna made, and there's no indication while you're waiting in line for this and completely unapologetic.Please figure out how to consistently offer your sandwiches and for delivery!The store's atmosphere and employees are usually so great. I get they're busy, but that doesn't mean when you are that the customer should suffer. Perhaps this isn't their issue and is Jersey Mike's issue and not anyone specifically at this location as I believe the store off Hwy 7 has the same issues.

Thus manager named Jessica who was clearly on drugs totally ruin out experience at this location. We go all the time and general manager has told us to wait it out and we will try again at this location. But not if this lady Jessica thinks she can yell at customers here at this location. Rest of the stuff here are very professional.

The young woman working the evening shift on 9/23/23 needs both safety and customer service training. She was mopping the floor and did not put a sign out. I almost slipped, brought this to her attention, and suggested she put out a sign. She just gave me a look and kept mopping. I asked her again and pointed out the safety hazard, and she ignored me. I then went to the counter and told other staff and they came out to place a sign, but not near the door where incoming people would see it - I again pointed that out and he said the sign was ok where it was. Staff needs training before someone gets hurt! I'm not some old harpy lady - I know people who have fallen in situations like this.

I used to love this place and location but recently it's gone way down hill where I swear no one is reading the tickets on hot subs. Basically 100% of the hot subs I've gotten over the past year have been made wrong and I just take it because I'm in a hurry usually. It just cant be that hard to use what bread and remove one ingredient from the normal recipe. It's still good but it's like no one here even attempts to read the ticket

We love the Big Kahuna sandwich. Today we ordered it through Door Dash because we were too busy with work to go get it. It cost us $36.98 for one giant sandwich to split, TWO bags of chips and one pop. Hey, we’re the ones doing it through Door Dash so we didn’t mind paying the extra fees. BUT—when the bag was delivered and we opened it up, it was missing a bag of chips. If we’re paying $2 for a bag of chips and looking forward to eating them and then they’re not in there..that is a problem! It’s not so much about the $2 as it is about the principle of it. BUT—-the real issue is the girl that answered the phone and how she handled it. I was kind at first and told her what happened and she said in a very snotty tone immediately, “That’s not our problem. You ordered through Door Dash and that’s a third party.” I said, “Hold on wait. It’s your responsibility at Jersey Mike’s to put what we ordered into the bag. The dasher didn’t take the bag of chips, the bag was sealed with your stickers.” Her reply, “Not our problem, it’s was through a third party.” I then got irate and told her I’m writing a review and I normally never write bad reviews unless it’s REALLY bad. And her attitude and unwillingness to help in any sort of way was appalling! I wasn’t asking for my money back or anything, she was just being passive, very rude, and snotty. We might love the Big Kahuna, but not if we have to deal with people like that. I’ll drive further to a different location if I want that sandwich. She was awful and I will NEVER go back. All she had to do is say “I apologize for that.” But instead she drove me into complete frustration. Go to a different location.

30 minutes before close I get it you’re trying to get things cleaned up but it a customer comes in you should be grabbing the cutting board again it feels off to me to eat a sandwich straight off the counter after you guys just got done wiping down the counter with all that chemical solutions just grab the cutting board and clean it again right when you close if you got everything put away too early you gotta clean it again too many times just wait like damn I honestly didn’t even wanna eat the sandwich let alone pay for it after that but I didn’t wanna waste food. Never coming back to this location though. Probably the worst I’ve seen.
