I feel like this franchise owner has given up. The restaurant was a complete wreck with trash overflowing, dirty drink station, and overall questionable cleanliness. The food came out cold and honestly looked inedible. The taste wasn't much better. The Mac and cheese looked repulsive and uncooked. Only 2 people working, which explains all of the above. We will not be back.

Gross. I should have taken a photo. Nothing about this place has a redeeming quality. Way overpriced, food is disgusting, understaffed, dirty (no clean tables, overflowing trash, etc.- right back to only have 2 staffers), even the feel/decor of the place is unwelcoming, cold, and bland. It literally seemed like a toddler cooked and created these food dishes. Run away.
Based on my observation, it seems that the cashier was not very welcoming and appeared to be bothered by my presence. Additionally, I noticed that the dining room was not well-maintained despite the time of day, which was mid-afternoon. Nevertheless, I have to say that the food was prepared accurately and met my expectations.

Website, Apple Maps and google say they open at 10:30, wanted to pick up some lunch before heading into work, got there right at 1030, waited a min to see if anyone would come open the door. Made clear eye contact with the people standing behind the counter, made hand sign to my watch asking if they are open yet & they just go in the back. Update your times if you aren't open at 1030.

$38.66 total. Noodles is what we ended up eating from our order. Those weren’t the greatest either. I think they know that the chicken is burnt because that’s the side you don’t see faced up. This is not the first time has happened. I should of looked over my purchase before I left. Once you get home all you want to do is stay there. Manager said that he will be mailing out 3 meals to replace. This is the reason why I was generous giving 2 stars.How does anyone think this is ok to serve??

The whole place was grimy, food was overcooked and bland (how can you screw up mac n cheese?), and the bathroom was the absolute worst I've ever seen. Piss everywhere. The staff were kind enough to give my partner a different meal because his was disgusting. I'd suggest finding a different Noodles.
