They've repeatedly gotten our orders wrong and the food has been consistently disappointing. (The tangerine beef in particular doesn't even have a hint of citrus.) This last time I felt a little sick for about 12 hours after the meal.I almost feel bad writing an honest review because they're in the neighborhood, and I want to be supportive of all our businesses. Unfortunately, though, after a handful of attempts over the past few years, we'll just never go back.

Walked in and the host told us to sit anywhere. We chose a table and began to sit while the host asked us if we wanted anything to drink before we sat and before she laid the menus on the table. I felt rushed from this point on.I ordered the pho that just had lean beef, which was #27 I thought, but it turns out it has more in it. Either it was unclear in the menu, I misread, or they messed it up. I also asked for the spring rolls, which is listed on the menu. The host told me that they don’t have spring rolls. So I ordered the egg rolls. The egg rolls came out in under 5 min and I dug right in with a large bite. There was immediately something that offended my taste. It was a vinegary taste. I thought it was the sauce or maybe they add vinegar for taste. Turns out the food is bad, rotting, spoiled, set out for hours, who knows. It tasted foul.I confirmed with my girlfriend and she cooks more than I do and had she spoken English, we would have decided to leave. My confidence in eating the food here was gone after the egg rolls. Then my pho came out and it had tripe in it and other meat, which may just be how they do it, idk. But I couldn’t eat the food. Lost my appetite and confidence. I didn’t know what to do.After consideration via google translate with my woman, we decided to just leave. We snuck out the door as the host was attending to customers. Of course she came out and demanded we pay. I told her the food was rotten and my order was wrong (maybe). She demanded we come in and pay. And as she saw out apprehension, she took out her phone and took pictures of us and my license plate. Told her that’s fine, I don’t intend on coming back. And of course being the somewhat agreeable person I am, I went in and was close differing laying for the egg rolls as that’s all we ate.She talked to “the boss” and I explained to him that the egg rolls were rotten and we were concerned about getting sick and don’t want to eat the food. This was said in front of customers and he immediately gestured for me to leave in a polite enough manner, or perhaps shameful. I have a suspicion they know the food they are serving isn’t fresh.I felt absolutely miserable leaving and not saying anything, but there was no way we were going to eat the food. The host seemed to hurry us and lacked confidence Or friendliness or hospitality. It was a culmination of many things.I’ve never left a restaurant after ordering food. Felt wrong even though they were serving spoiled food.

We had been there once. The food was good for American Chinese. We ordered a second time a few weeks later and were let down. When we got home we realized half of our order wasn't right and what they did get right was terrible. The chicken dish for the price was about 6 pieces of edible chicken and 18 pieces of chicken jerky. We called and they told us the only way to refund or give credit was to come in. We live 20 minutes away... not happening. Very disappointed and won't ever be stopping back. Between the disappointing food and abysmal service there are plenty of other places to try!

Great food! Cute atmosphere, friendly. Food was fresh and hot! Fried rice was a little boring, no veggies and was almost dry. Got the Pepper shrimp stir fry - so amazing!
