I had a horrendous experience at Urban Sub. First of all my food was not as good as I expected, the meat had an old rotten smell and taste and the ingredients were not fresh at all. Second of all the staff was extremely rude one employee in particular, who had a septum piercing. I have never seen a more arrogant and disrespectful person in my entire life. Urban sub and this employee were able to completely ruin my day, and I would never recommend anyone to ever eat here. Because something as simple as a sandwich shouldn’t have the ability to “wreck”your entire day.

The staff are super friendly and have a great sense of humor, not to mention, their food is awesome quality and their ciabatta bread is sooo good :~) thanks urban sub!

We grabbed sandwiches at their food truck after having some brews at Lakes and Legends. I am not kidding when I say these were the best sandwiches we've ever had. We got the chipotle chicken and the italian - I highly recommend both. I wish this was local to me so I could eat from here time and time again. Worth a trip for sure!

Pretty much some of the best subs around. They used to be called Urban Sub and recently sold to one of the gals that used to work for the previous owner. It's now called JC Subs . She still does the prep for his food truck. Anyway, she puts her own spin on some newer subs and all very delicious. Get some!

Ate the garden veggie sandwich from the food truck. Very poor quality ingredients, especially the bread—stale and tasteless. Not at all worth the price. $10 for a sandwich that would have been better made at home with ingredients from Aldi. Bummer.

I placed an order today for noon and I still have not gotten my food, let alone a call. I also cannot reach anyone at the store to talk about this, it just rings to a voicemail - edit: they closed yesterday

I did not go to the restaurant but ate from the food truck at 56 Brewery. Their sandwiches were amazing, we had the West Side Italian and Chipotle Chicken Cheddar! The customer service was very good and they were very quick on the output of the food! You should try them if you happen to run across them!

Love Love Love their subs. I love all their subs. We ordered the premium large platter with assorted sandwiches, I cannot believe I love every single one. Watering in my mouth just by writing this review. :)) I can eat it everyday.
