Horrible. My husband ordered a sandwich online and when he got home it was made wrong. The receipt showed the correct sandwich that he customized online but it had everything on it that he asked not to be. When he called back the rude employee was laughing at him saying there was no way to do a refund being disrespectful as hell. Finally he said he could do a refund since he ordered online. Employees are rude and liars saying one thing then doing another. Do not recommend this location at all.

Terrible employees who laugh at you if they get your order wrong and then give you a hard time about asking for a refund. They don't read your sandwich customizations even though they claim this is their specialty. Never go to this location!

wish i could give it no stars. horrible all around. entire order all wrong not even one part was correct besides the chips we picked out ourselves. take your money and spend it on any other sandwhich spot around trust me you won’t regret it.

We usually have good luck here, but we ordered online and order was ready almost 30 min late. My entire sandwich was messed up, wrong bread, not toasted, so much sauce it was a soggy dripping mess.

Sandwich was wrong again. Ordered online tonight. Ordered a Clubwhich and a Cali Club with light avocado and no tomato. (Cali also has no ham and is supposed to include bacon) Instead we got 2 Clubwhiches. I do not like Ham NOR do I like 1,000 Island...., So I have a sandwich I paid $1.00 more for that was opposite of what I wanted. Had to remove the Ham and tomato, no bacon, no avocado and a lot of 1,000 island sauce. It's -15 out and I am already home. If it wasn't so cold, I'd bring the sandwich back. On the ticket though attached to my bag, there is my sandwich description..... This is the 2nd time the order has been wrong. If you get one sandwich it might be right. if you get more than one, make sure it is the same kind. Seems if you decide to order different sandwiches, it confuses them? maybe they are rushed and don't look at the full order. IDK. But not worth the $9 for a wrong sandwich. or 15% tip for two sandwiches.

Good Sandwich, Absolutely Terrible Customer Service.... Went in to order and was greeted by no one. Had a demeaning feel from the employee when they came to take my order after waiting at the register to order for 5 minutes before finally getting my order taken. There was no sort of welcoming feel at all. They also missed ingredients in the sandwich for which were extras that costed more money. Pretty disappointed as it was my first time there! Likely won't be back. Like I said, good sandwich, but small for the price and terrible service.

Remember this place being good and just had the buffalo sandwich out of town. Just ordered the club to go and upon opening it it was definitly cold the meat was like out the fridge cold. I called and the woman said she toasted it. Not true. So disappointing threw it away won't be back

Horrible chicken sandwich. Full of lettuce as if I’ve ordered lettuce sandwich and no sauces added.Looks like the kid who took my order was also having attitude issues. Seems someone forced him to do work there.Never ever I’m not going to waste my money in this store.
I’ve ordered there only twice. Each time I asked to leave off certain items: onions and guacamole. Both times they were left on. Not sure I’ll go there again since they this happened both times.

I find myself coming here every couple and months and always walking away satisfied. It is slightly more expensive than a typical sandwich shop, but worth it in my opinion. The portions are good and the flavor is pretty bold with their more unique sandwiches. I especially like the Philly. Also - the large sandwich must be 18 inches or longer, so worth the price.The big wins relate to the milkshakes. They literally put blocks of cake into the drink and the consistency reflects it. Very good.

I’m not sure if this is the right location, but the owners of a local Which Wich donated hundreds - HUNDREDS- of sandwiches to our ICU during the height of the pandemic. For days. I will never forget how wonderful those people are. I’m still so appreciative.
