Do not go to this location. The only employee that was remotely attentive when I entered the building was a brunette cashier. I waited over 10 minutes for 2 bagels with cream cheese. One guy was chewing gum while making food and almost dropped the gum a few times. He also walked around and stood at the station clueless. Another girl didn’t look like she wanted to be there what so ever. While food was heating up. She just stood there zoned out. There was a guy filling cream cheese but yet saw the Libby was filling up with people but yet didn’t bother to step in and assist to get orders taken care of. The black girl who eventually got to my order she laughed on my bagel and continued to put cream cheese in it. I don’t know who the manager actually is. I was on my way to work and I wanted to get out of the building. The atmosphere and moral was non existent. This place needs to get people in there who actually want to work and enjoy working with people.

It’s really disappointing to watch the manager (tall, bald, beard) ignore customers, be on his phone texting, handling cash with gloves, putting his phone back into his pocket, then proceed to make orders *without* changing gloves??!! I worked in the service industry for years and I’m wildly grossed out that basic food safety protocols are not being followed or enforced. But what will corporate do except copy and paste a reply to this ? This location has just the angriest vibes here towards customers.

They take and fill all online orders first. Therefore leaving customers inside waiting ridiculously. I order a breakfast sandwich, waited 20mins then asked for a refund because I had to get to work and I had no MORE TIME TO WAIT!

Definitely a big fan of Bruegger’s but something is sadly awry with this location. Regardless of how many people are in the lobby, it takes them 20 minutes to make a 1 bagel order. It is an unreasonable amount of time and for anyone tasked with getting coffees and bagels for coworkers, plan on it taking your entire 30 minute lunch break before they even get close to calling your name. Also the bathroom is always scary and bathroom supplies are piled up in the lobby at all times.

Bruegger's Bagels, in general, is good for what it is; fast food bagels.I think I give this location a 3-star rating, instead of the lower rating it probably deserves, because I have nostalgia for what this Bruegger's used to be like. But now, every time we walk past the location, we ask if it's still open? It looks so rundown, barren, and unclean. We stopped here today and the bagels themselves were just fine - but the venue is a depressing sight to behold.

It's wild. You order online and it says "ready in 15-20 minutes" so I'm like alright I'll just wait 30 min to be safe. Go in and you still have to wait another 15-20 minutes so like 50-60 minutes after I ordered. On top of that, there will be like 10 people who came in and ordered in person and they all get there's way before you. It's like they don't know how to prioritize online orders at all. Has really gone down hill service wise last few years. Honestly been going to Big E down the block a lot more because they are much quicker and have way better service.

My bagel barley had any cream cheese on it. The employee that was taller with a dark beard seemed very angry and was slamming things and throwing things around and did not seem happy to be working there! The place was semi clean.

Easily the worst location I’ve been to. Zero sense of urgency. How can you have six workers behind the counter, and still only call one customer’s name in 10 minutes? It doesn’t help that they all just stand there, looking annoyed you’re there. The place itself looks very dirty, empty, and uninviting. Food is standard Brueggers, so at least it has that.

You know when you walk into business and there's zero sense of urgency anywhere. The amount of customers waiting after ordering.I left before getting to the front of the line. Maybe prioritize your rushes to get customers helped in a timely manner.
