My wife's burger was good but my Grilled Chicken sandwich tasted like undercooked cardboard. So much for trying to eat healthy. Stick to the burgers or go to McD.

The food is pretty good, but the service is consistently awful. Today was no exception. My visit started with being asked if I was paying with cash or card, and I said card, to which the cashier raised her voice and demanded again, cash or card, although I don't know why, since the card reader was working fine. I was told I couldn't order lunch, although the guy in front of me had lunch. The woman behind the counter didn't understand what a #3 breakfast combo was, but eventually got it, and asked what I wanted to drink, to which I said milk. No milk came out with my order, and she said that I didn't order one, and started shouting while pointing at my receipt.

Was looking forward to a breakfast sandwich. No egg. No luck. Likely good for ice cream but not much else. Staff was passive aggressive without regard to time requirements for customers. They took their good old sweet time with every movement.
The big Flame Thrower burger was fantastic! Double meat, double cheese (spicy!). Service was nice and quick!

I shouldn't like it too many bad ingredients but can't resist. Love the comes dipped in chocolate. The bad is the long line and slow service. Left many times I didn't want to wait. Drive through is out in the streets sometime and it is hard to pull in if you don't want to wait in line. Doesn't matter I wait too long any time I have went. Don't know if they have a bathroom. Hate the sales tactic to get you to donate to causes.

Cashier did not know American coin denominations! Manager had to explain a nickel was worth less than a dime, even though the nickel coin was bigger.
