I can't stop talking about the lunch I had today. My lunch was so delicious. I can truly say there is soul in this food. I have worked downtown St. Paul for 14 years and I had no idea this place had food. If you are close by don't walk but run to this place. The service and ambiance are great! The also have sweet tea. This place will definitely be one of my go to lunch spots from now on.

Very relaxed place to go, coffee is pretty good. If you go on Saturday, try their "Mama's Juice" It is not always available, but sometimes it can be on Saturdays when Mama is in.

My train was delayed so I decided to grab some breakfast and I am SO GLAD I did! I was expecting some pre-made microwaved sandwich and what I got was a hot, fresh-cooked egg and sausage sandwich on a delicious English muffin! The two ladies working there were very nice and brightened up my morning!
