It's sad to read the other negative reviews of this Jimmy John's location. I've had a completely different experience.I have regularly ordered from here for delivery for lunch over the past ~2 years and I am one of those customers that annoyingly customizes my sandwich on the app with many variations of toppings, portions, etc. They consistently make my sandwich exactly how I asked and I am always happy with it. Plus they've never left anything off the order or messed up my order. I came on here to give them praise for their consistency, despite them being a fast casual restaurant (Chipotle on Grand cannot get this right for example).They also deliver really fast to my location. The one time it took longer than normal I called them and they were quick to apologize and it was quickly delivered, hasn't happened since.I am always satisfied with the sandwiches from this location - thank you!

Took about 30 mins on a Monday evening to get a sandwich. One person making subs, almost purposefully moving as slow as possible. If you order here give yourself plenty of time.

You can contact the company, itself, about any gripes and concerns. Do that/if that.Google reviews are 99% about your customer service experience!Now, back to THIS location of JJ's:Briefly. Dri, a Manager there, was great!She was remarkably and not snarkily understanding! She listened to me when I explained what was wrong with my order, and HEARD me.She immediately apologized and came up with a satisfying solution and was very polite about it. This was during a busy evening when Grand Avenue is bustling with those just home from work.She OWNED the mistake and used it as a training moment for the employees (of which I later found out were in training that day); More importantly, she DID NOT blame them by throwing them under a bus!"A training moment"Fantastic! That's a great BOSS move (pun intended)!Thank you, Dri and the entire staff (veterans/rookies) at THIS location!!Keep up the Freaky Fast and Freaky Great jobs you do!
