It's hard to find this place. The key is to go inside the bank building that Google maps takes you to. It is in the Food Court of the building. A humble food stand with only 3 hard-working staff, it sells a huge variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads. I had a 'healthy sandwich' on multigrain bread. Specials every day, and mac and cheese only on Monday and Wednesday. Very affordable, friendly staff.
At the first moment you step in that place they give you a good feeling. Very friendly waiters, it is a good restaurant to go out with buddies or with your date. enjoyable cooking, experienced chef, competitive pay and generous service. Warmly recommended.

Skyva Salad is the best salad ever! I work in downtown St. Paul. I eat a salad every day for lunch. At this point it is hard to WOW me with a salad. But Skyva Deli did. I am going back there to try every salad on the menu. Everything is nice. I highly recommended this place.
