I found out the hard way that if a mobile order isn't picked up it will not be refunded. I tried explaining my situation to the workers so I could get a refund and they told me they would have a manager call me back... never got a call back and never got my refund.

I would like to say zero star. I don’t even know why they still have business. You go through the drive-through and they just cleared disrespect and ignore you and when you tell them what you want they like hurry up. And then when we asked for some sodas, they said we don’t have any and my girl went inside and they have soda, they don’t care about customers I have no idea why Taco Bell still there and makes all Taco Bell look bad so if there is somebody going there, be careful because they are all grouchy and yelling and telling her about what to do and they’re supposed to be doing customer service, and helping everyone and being on top of everything. I feel like this new management whole new team and start over and rebuilt and people should boy cut that this pacific place.

The app clearly states that food would be made when you arrive in the drive thru. My food was made when I placed the order for 5 people and spent $40. Everything was ice cold, nacho fries and Nacho bell grande aren't edible when reheated. Extremely disappointed and highly recommend that you DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDERING!!! I have already erased the app.
