Rude cashier instead of trying to be helpful it was I don't know ask my manager. Then has an attitude with the manager. Great team member. Food thrown to you at th3 window by the manager. I can see why these close down.

In our way to Minneapolis we decided to eat Arby’s. we stop in this location, it wasn’t that busy at the time we pass. We recived our food and leave with out checking is everything was there. lucky for us we stopped at the kwick trip gas station that is in the side in the mean time my wife give the food to everybody, just to found that we missing two sandwiches. we go back and explain that we missing food they give to us the missing sandwiches, recommendations check your food before you leave if you local you can go back but for us that we was visiting MN we will be lost.
I had a coupon for food. I gave to drive through employee. Employee gave me back the coupon and ran my credit card for full amount. I was told there is a lot of employees and no one knows how to fix the problem. I had an issue before at this location and it seems like there is never a manager on duty! Female employees that I dealt with is very disrespectful and rude to me. She had no name tag or wouldn’t even tell me her name. Worst customer service and I will never go back again!!! I would give zero star if there was an option for that.

It's an Arby's, it tastes, looks, smells, and feels like one as well. Found out I can't eat Arby's anymore because my body greatly disagrees with their food (IBS), which is a bummer because that's just another fast food joint I can't eat at.

I just went through the drive thru. It was a bit of a wait but it was worth it. The employee working the cash register at the first window was so polite and friendly and so was the guy at the second window who passed me my food.The food was FRESH and hot.The employees are so friendly, polite and patient everytime I come through.I highly recommend this location.
